  1. I've been searching the forums, both the WAF thread and the ICH thread but I can't find it. There is a file on the first page of posts on ICH's nexus page. It's probably the same file.
  2. I had this. I believe close faced helmets was the cause. There is an updated version in these forums that is updated to the latest weapons and armor fixes. That fixed it for me.
  3. @asyrin Sorry, everything I try when it comes to compatibility between PerMa and Morrowloot fails. What is needed is a Morrowloot dynamic patch or xEdit script which is beyond my knowledge. What you could do is delete the leveled list from the PerMa patch using xEdit. You would miss out all weapons, armies and other items that PerMa adds to the leveled lists but it should make it compatible. The items that is craftable with PerMa would still be craftable.
  4. I have tried but the leveled list in PerMa is created by the dynamic patch and the formIds will be different for every user. A morrowloot patch is therefore not possible. I might figure out how to work around this though. I'm getting some ideas right now...I won't have any time in the next few days but I'll post some thoughts on this later, possibly in one of my other threads since PerMa won't be added to this pack but rather Dovakhiin Reborn or possibly as an advances optional in the Modular Morrowloot Overhaul page.
  5. Thanks for your kind words
  6. Revenge of the enemies adds flavor tithe game by adding new skills to enemies, but I'm uncertain of how balanced it is. I'm thinking of removing it. One thing I noticed, and this might apply to my play style only: crafting doesn't level naturally. The only way I've found to level crafting is to craft stuff that you are not going to use. This means that I craft lots of daggers until I reach max level in crafting. This also means I reach a higher level without leveling any combat skills and combat will be much harder. After approximately level 30 the game gets much easier. I am now going to add back the mods from the hardcore section of this pack. But I'll try without revenge of the enemies. The main reason is its compatibility issues. Even though I have resolved all of them it conflicts with many mods that people might want to use. I'm also going to try the mods harplus suggested, combat evolved as well as the mod that lowers the backpedling speed. I'm also going to check out the morrowloot patch that gpthree suggested, but that fits one of my other packs. Lastly I'm going to try to create an OBIS - Morrowloot patch and add OBIS to this pack if I succeed (it's more time consuming than hard, but there are more scripted utilities available now than last I tried). My time has been limited lately unfortunately so this might take a week or two.
  7. I think most of your questions have been answered. In use ultimate combat, I have just forgot to remove the testing note. I use it with default settings and it works really well. Revenge of the enemies is a little messy but it works. It is just not very compatible but it is easily fixed in TES5edit. Just let other mods overwrite it if you're not comfortable with solving conflict. Be careful if you use my patches, they probably overwrite OBIS since they patch RotE. You need to remove the records from the patches that overwrites OBIS. Or not use RotE. There is the mod Stronger that GPThree mentioned but I haven't tried it. You could try without RotE, the game is probably hard enough without it.
  8. I'll have to agree with octopuss, you'll probably be fine with just upgrading your GPU. I'm going to try to find the bottleneck in my system which of course will look different in different games. I have an older CPU than you, sandy bridge i5 2500k, which I suspect still handles most games fine. I think a good way to find the bottleneck will be trying different type of games like civilisation, GTA and a more closed quarter first person shooter and measure your fps. See if you get better fps by lowering the graphics settings. If you do, the GPU should the bottleneck (from what I've read). A disappointing scenario can of course be that you find that your GPU is bottlenecking the system, you upgrade to the latest and greatest only to find that the system is now bottlenecked by the CPU. I'm overclocking my CPU with great success and since you have an unlocked CPU I suspect you do to. If you don't, a good PC case and CPU cooler might be a better investment since it allows overclocking. If you have a good motherboard you probably have built in overclocking presets. Edit: another thing, directx 12 in windows 10 is expected to lower the CPU load
  9. Hahaha that was good, Buffy ftw :-P I always quote Buffy in my head when I try to win an ethical argument (which mostly means defending myself for being a vegetarian): "Because it's right!":-)
  10. Have had that exact thought...
  11. I don't put pressure on spiders, that was worded badly by me. I handle spiders and let them crawl on my hand, but only small ones. There are no spiders in Sweden where I live that can bite humans. You can pet bumblebees though . I have stopped trying to "pet" spiders and insect cause the only reason I did it was to show my daughter they aren't dangerous and help her overcome her fear of them. It failed big time. She's now close to hysteric when she sees spiders...
  12. The fear is controllable. Its like fear of spiders you know, when they startle you. As long as I see them and they are calm I can actually pet them. I grew up with dogs and cats and have had several cats and rats. Cats, rats and dogs I know and I can see how they feel, need and want. I can pretty well predict what they are about to d. I see when they are not in the mood or getting annoyed, With rabbits I have no idea. Both the rabbits and the guinea pig are cute though.
  13. Never heard of hypnocat. Did a google search and clicked Hypnocat tumblr...weird stuff
  14. Hahaha. Yeah the rabbit was probably scared. I was supposed to take care of it for a day and it ran out of the cage. I was trying to run after it and catch it but it was to quick. After a while I saw it looking the other way and sneaked up on it and and grabbed it. That's when it screamed and attacked. Scared the sh*t out of me...
  15. Oh dear god! I'm actually scared of rabbits! A rabbit has screamed at me and attacked me. I'm a vegetarian and animal lover and would never hurt an animal, but rabbits are a little evil ☺
  16. Things that make me smile/happy: 1. My 2 kids and girlfriend 2. My cat and red wine 3. Buffy and red wine 4. My cats evil face when I drink whisky and watch Buffy
  17. I read his open letter and felt for him and understood his wish to make some money from his mods. I didn't expect this move. I believe some donations are in order. This is really great!
  18. I'm getting the flare to. I'm not using SRLE but I use several of its mods, for example wearable lanterns, ELFX, CoT and vividian.
  19. Thanks for clarifying ☺ I guess I'm left to frames/second to have any measurement of the GPU in skyrim. I have 60 fps with 30 fps drops. Since its capped at 60 fps this tells me almost nothing about how the GPU would perform with a resolution increase. I guess its better to be safe than sorry and stay on 1080p until I upgrade the GPU.
  20. This site is new to me but it seems to me it doesn't go above 40"
  21. Since you have a better gpu than me it feels like it's better if I stay with 1080p. Maybe I'll buy a cheap Samsung display and upgrade at the end of the year. If you go to tftcentral.co.UK you'll see panel search. There you can search for a display model and find which panel it uses and then search for that panel to find other displays that uses that.
  22. From the comments on the mod page the author states that he is working on a megaloceros version of the mod. He also states that development is on hold because of mesh issues though. I would love a true megaloceros in Skyrim. A bigger one than the current elk. You got to love these forums, the only place on the Internet that with such dedication and devotion discusses if an elk in a computer game is an elk ☺
  23. Like the project ara smartphone but for displays. Would be cool :) I don't understand what you mean with prad? Are you saying you use it to find rebranded cheaper displays with the same panel as the more expensive displays or are you asking if you can use it that way? I did some performance testing: https://www.dropbox.com/s/lxyxmuo9t03bzw5/Screenshot_2.jpeg?dl=0 This test was done playing in dwemer ruins and outside. The picture shows that my cpu is fine. I use about 2400 mb vram but my gpu is pretty heavy loaded, mostly around 96% https://www.dropbox.com/s/z0htotyrmy613mu/Screenshot_3.jpeg?dl=0 This second test was done by spawning ten mages and three dragons in Solitude. The cpu is still fine. Vram use is a little higher. So what do you think, can I upgrade to higher resolution without upgrading the gpu or should I stay on 1080p?
  24. I stumbled upon https://www.tftcentral.co.uk/ a couple of times when searching for displays. Prad.de seems to be a german site only now. The english reviews and news are really old. I was about to buy a screen today but since STEP was down I couldn't see the displays you all recommended so I decide to wait, which may have been wise. I am thinking about staying on 1080p and 24" to save some gpu power. I am going to test my gpu and cpu load and vram use today though when I play. I have done some research during the day and it doesn't feel like a good time to upgrade the pc. Next generation psu's feels worth waitng for (intel skylake) and I feel like it's better to wait awhile for graphic cards with more vram to be cheaper if I want higher resolutions on the display. I'll have to test this though. As I said, I have 3GB vram with my current card. If I find that it has vram to spare when I play Skyrim I might upgrade to 1440p. If I go with 1080p I'm thinking about Samsung S24D590PL, Asus PB248Q or Dell S2415H Edit: AMD Freesync and Nvidia gsync seems to be mostly for TN panels. There are some IPS panels with this technology but they are to expensive for me.
