Not a joke I'm afraid. I got into computers only recently since my first pc to play with was a toshiba satellite with windows 7 I purchased myself a few short years ago. While I catch on quickly, lack of access to computer toys when I lived with my family caused me to approach the pc world late in my 26 years of life. (For the record I currently build pc's and fix older ones up to sell so I'm somewhat proficient in them)

deathneko11 replied to astalicia's question in General Skyrim LE Support
Quick question here. Why can he disable SMIM plugin if using USKP? First that I've heard that. -

If prime95 is dangerous to use for stress testing modern cpus, then I am rather curious what program we SHOULD be using, those of us that need to test an overclocked cpu. For example, I have an AMD fx6100 oc'd to 4ghz. I plan to oc it again soon as I'm sure I can get it to 4.4 or 4.5. So . Should I be worried that prime95 will damage my cpu? If so, then what is another suitable program?

By Barum. MO doesn't find Python.
deathneko11 replied to wolverine2710's question in Mod Organizer Support
Currently the main feature that python provides support for is the configurator that is in recent builds of MO. This configurator will not work without python. As far as I know, all of the important functions i.e. mod installation and handling work fine without python. However, that is not to say python might not become more useful in the future, if not a necessity. -
heh, welp I confess that I skimmed over some reviews for the one I linked. The features that are available for the card and the audio samples I heard are fantastic, so I went ahead and ordered. However if I have issues with it, I can return it if I have to so no worries for at least the first month or so. I can't wait to put this baby on the rack. It will be crying oily tears by the time I get through with it. So what card are you talking about? Would you be so kind as to provide a link? and the headset I think I'll stick to what I have for certain, I decided to just use my current mic. I might look into fixing up a sleeve for it though to avoide popping noises.

thinking about ordering this: https://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16829102040 what do ya'll think? As far as I can tell my recording quality is not due to a bad microphone after all, but because i'm using my on board sound chip. So basically my mobo lacks the hardware for high quality recording :p

Mod Orginiser - Some Questions from a nub
deathneko11 replied to jyujinkai's question in Mod Organizer Support
1: When you install 2 mods, the second mod you installed will have a higher priority. This means that whatever order you activate them in, the second mod will still have a higher priority. For better management you can change the mod priority so that Mod 1 can override mod 2 instead. Just click on the priority number in the left mods pane to change priority, higher number meaning higher priority. 2: Check out my tutorial videos. I have instructions for patches and how to run external executables through Mod Organizer. This will help you a lot in the long run, I promise you. Hope this helps! -
Think I'll step back into my nice warm kitty bed before the storm here gets my fur wet...

My 2cents? I just upload the odd file to mediafire. As far as pictures? I'm still looking for that site that fits. Have been using photobucket but meh, would like to find something more user friendly if possible. And I'm staying out of ya'lls argument, mind me of a cat hissing at a growling dog :p

SKYRIMLE Animated Enchantments Overhaul (by GRIMELEVEN)
deathneko11 replied to hellanios's topic in Skyrim LE Mods
It is incomplete and the weapons are not in leveled lists. The only way to get the enchants and such is to loot them all from a chest in dragonsreach. While the concept of the mod is cool and would be lovely to have in a STEP pack imo, the mod is in such an unlorefriendly and incomplete state that it would be difficult for it to find a home here on STEP. Got to admit though, if he ever fixes enchanted bows i'll be over this one like white on rice. -

Skyrim is wonky? I thought that was a running trend with Bethesda :p -
SKYRIMLE Skyrim Hair Physics Project by xp32
deathneko11 replied to rootsrat's topic in Skyrim LE Mods
it looks amazing but quite frankly I believe this has a long way to go before it becomes as widely used in the modding community as, say, breast physics are at this point (versus a very limited feature when it started, though granted it is still limited in that only so many body mods has it) I can't wait to use this in a future playthrough, but I hope it will be adapted to many more female hair models in the future. If I ever play a female. If only he would work on male hairs as well, but this is xp32 we're talking about. Has he ever played a male before? sheesh. -
I don't like it. The rocks look too much like playdo, or clay someone shaped into rocks and then threw in the river. bluish grey clay.

I admit I did not know this. I have not been playing with the current version for too long, my previous playthrough was with an older version. So you could be right. However, there are quite a few other equipment mods I have installed, so the point of my previous post still stands in regard to my experiences for crafting and stability.

hmm, thanks for the advice guys! @Will: I'm actually getting ready to purchase a soundblaster card for my pc for better audio quality. I plan to record with fraps since the only game i've ever played that fraps can give me issues with is skyrim when heavily modded. Any other game I can blaze through, even with fraps. Also will use camtasia for editing, I have become rather accustomed to it since I started my video tutorials. I plan to do a blind let's play for whatever game I choose. I want the audience to experience it with me, and I want my experience with the game as the first time playing it to show through the videos and be genuine. I feel like this adds a lot of flavor to lets play videos that cannot be found in a let's play series that is not blind. I have watched quite a few youtubers let's play series and this is just something that I have grown with through personal experience as the viewer. As far as the games that everyone else is doing, I've ruled out the current TES series and the fallout series. It seems like EVERYONE is playing those games, and frankly I want to do something different. But interesting. Which is why i'm stumped as far as what game I want to do for my first one. I'm debating on whether I want to pick up a current pc title or just bide my time a bit until something comes out that should be fun to play that a lot of people are anticipating. Right now what I have available on my pc are these titles, let me know if any of these jump out at yall for the first game. Me personally though I think I should look for another title but I'll wait and see what ya'll think. Assassin's Creed I, II, III, IV (all would be blind) Bioshock i, II, Infinite Mass Effect III (would be blind) Metro 2033, Last Light Amnesia the Dark Descent Amnesia a Machine for Pigs (would be blind) Batman Arkham Origins (would be blind) Half-Life II (would be blind) Kingdoms of Amalur: Reckoning (would be blind) Outlast Tomb Raider (the newest one for pc) (would be blind from about halfway through the game) Lost Planet II, III (both would be blind) So do any of these jump out at ya'll for a decent first let's play series? Loving the feedback guys, I look forward to hearing more from everyone.

I know that since I use immersive armors and quite a few other gear mods, in this particular case immersive armors with Regal Huntsman Armor, I crash in the crafting menu when I go through the iron section too fast. Especially when I try to blaze past the regal huntsman gear in the iron section. So yes I think too much equipment wise in the load order can put a strain on stability in the crafting menus and the inventory menus.

wanted Installing ASIS and SkyRe with some additional stuff
deathneko11 replied to Iroha's topic in Skyrim Revisited (retired)
if using skyui, frostfall, and ihud you'll have issues with frostfall widgets. I know a workaround but can't remember off the top of my head, there are some settings you have to have on or off. I'll get back to you later today on this with the workaround, unless someone beats me to it. I don't have time right now unfortunately. -
Sounds like a .ini file issue with your previous profile. Marking as solved.

I already know how much work it will be but I'm looking forward to the challenge. ;) However I would like to request keeping posts here on topic. All suggestions are welcome. :) Now what should be my first game? What is everyone looking forward to seeing on the screen eh?

Ok so I've been debating lately on whether I want to do a let's play game in the future (pc only, no console systems here) I've made my mind up that I'm gonna give it a shot, but I want to do it on one of the games that just came out or will be coming out in the very near future since people will be looking for this kind of thing. My 2 purposes for doing so are youtube channel promotion and for fun. Mainly for fun. But who knows, if I get enough subscribers after a couple of let's play videos I can talk to machinima for a contract :p rofl, that'd be interesting. Anyway, I was wondering if anyone here had suggestions on what sort of game yall think would be interesting for a let's play series. I want my first to be a good one, blind if possible. I look forward to everyone's input. And once I get some suggestions, I just might make a poll to see the most popular one ^.^

DROPPED Skyrim Flora Overhaul (by vurt)
deathneko11 replied to JudgmentJay's topic in Skyrim LE Mods
I have an optimized version of the last version of SFO that works well with GOS if anyone is interested. even for a decent system, the grass textures look good and don't hit the performance that bad. I got a 10 fps boost on my system, with amd 6100fx 4.0 ghz, gtx 760 sc 4gb, and 16 gigs ram. Not my work, the person that optimized the textures was Ewi an enb and rock texture maker on the nexus. I don't mind sharing though and he shouldn't mind either, just shoot me a message if anyone is interested and I'll upload to mediafire for anyone that wants to download. I won't publicly host the files though, that would be disrespectful to vurt. -
I think mark as solved but put in utilities.
