Just create a mod out of the overwrite folder and call it "Enderal SKSE output" or something similar. Depending on the way SKSE creates files it may go to the overwrite folder instead of the new mod if the file was not there to begin with. You may need to check the overwrite folder after each run of the game.

This is an expected behavior of LOOT as it is following the new way Bethesda Skyrim SE handles the official content. MO would have to be updated to that way to correct it.

MO should do it automaticaly, copy the files, when the option is selected. The restart is just safe practice to do in MO to update things. Different people get different results when using MO with Oblivion. You have to try things until you get the results you want. -

No you do not run OBSE. Go into the MO settings and in the Workarounds tab set the "Load Mechanism" to Script Extender. Click Ok and restart MO to make sure it copies required files to the proper place. You now run the game from Steam. If I remember, mods in MO will not show up in the launcher if you check the data files. -

I suspect that Tannin may have agreed to not develop MO further when he joined the Nexus team. -
I had terrible stuttering until I set iVSyncPresentInterval to 0 and added both game executables to the original Skyrim profile in Nvidia Inspector. I then set the FPS limit to 60. I could not find a profile in the current Nvidia control panel the special edition. Edit: The new Nvidia drivers, 375.70 now has a profile.

Scrap Everything core ESP should go at the end of the load order and check it for errors. There is at least one Null reference in there.

You changed the pane view to Nexus Ids or categories. To change it back look at the bottom center of the left pane for a drop down menu and select No Groups.

Tannin will be the Head developer of the next NMM. The VFS will most likely go away. Although the plans for the new NMM are not set in stone, it will be a modular and extensible archeture so a plugin can be developed.

In 1.3.11 you can make a shortcut to the desktop of any executable, have you tries this?

You may want to take a look at Fallout 4 Loot Overhaul. It makes the game start with very little loot and removes the 10mm pistol from the vault and Sanctuary which forces you to focus on pipe weapons early on. I don't know how it works with your recent weapons addition though. There may be conliicts with uncapped settlement Surplus as this one does the opposit of that one.

About Weaponsmith Extended, I tried this and it is a good mod if you like new weapons and lots of them. In the end I removed it because for me it took away from the gritty experiance I am trying to have.

I have noticed that the LOOT sorting will get what I call stale after you do numerous LOOT sessions. I have found that if you close MO and use Windows file explorer to rename loadorder.txt in the active profile and restart MO and run LOOT it will do a better job of sorting your ESPs and ESMs for a while. I have compared the differances between the before and after files and in some cases a lot will get moved. Try this when you see things not sorting when you think they should. Edit: I attached a Pdf showing this. In this the lloadorder.txt is what what I was using and the loadorder.txt is after MO restart and LOOT sort. 2016-10-03 1440 loadorder.txt - lloadorder.pdf

Plus the nagging your thirsty and hungry messages that will spam you every five minutes. Following Gophers play through and I laugh every time he mentions it. It is a wonder he hasn't asked the community to fix it yet.

.esp's not installing to Skyrim Data folder using MO

When you say "the esp files from the mod are not showing up in the data folder", how are you looking at the data folder. If you use the Windows file explorer then you will not see anything installed by MO. Each mod installed in MO will have its own folder, the left pane, and will reside there. In MO the plugins tab on the right is the Data folder. Are your installed ESPs and ESMs showing up there? -
Fallout 3 / FNV / Windows 10 Warning!

Make sure to turn off anything that provides an in-game overlay. This includes Steam, Logitech, which installs Overwolf on the next update, Nvidia Share in the Geforce Experiance and your game OC software. I had Fallout 4 Working and after the last MS update, not the anniversary edition, the game would not load. I just had an infinite load screen. -
@Gernash, tracked the ILS to running background programs. Apparently everybody wants to install an streaming overlay to run when in game. Logitech installs Overwolf. Nvidia turns on their re-branded streaming service Share and my graphics card OC software wants to run at startup also. I turned all of them off and the problem is gone.

@Gernash, I got your file. Unfortunately when I started the game yesterday I got an ILS on on game load that will not go away, when the day before everything was running fine. Probably will be a while before I can get to it.

@darthf1, I believe Live Dismemberment should have only one ESP. You have three loaded.
