Having issues with the S.T.E.P. guide for Oblivion

Got down to the UI section and when I went in to test the game out, it would CTD upon loading a game. I am not sure what is causing it. 

 

I will try to do some work on my own in the mean time.

 

Edit: So I found out the crashing was caused by Wrye Bash doing something to the INI, but now that I have that under control, it is still crashing. I have no idea why. I've never had this much trouble modding Oblivion. I wonder if its because of steam.

 

I need to find my physical disc and try it that way.
