Interesting little tool that allows you to view some small aspects of plugins in the Windows Explorer shell menu without opening xEdit. You cannot edit the fields, but you can see:

• Author
• Description
• Form version (where applicable)
• Flags (ESM, ESL, localized, etc)
• Master files list.
