mavanaic
Telemetry Keyword, etc is a common problem when the game does not update the game scripts properly. Make sure you either do a clean install of the game and/or a verify/repair.Managed to make it work..it was the Telemetry keyword after looking into this thread https://forums.nexusmods.com/index.php?/topic/4462640-debug-console-crashing-witcher-3/
Towa
okay first of all thanks for the excellent modding guide, it has been a great source of info for me on modding my own game :D Secondly I have somewhat of a problem atm, that I hope somebody browsing here could maybe help me with perhaps. So it seems I have hit a wall while modding my game, whenever I launch the game it compiles the scripts and then nothing happens... on further inspection in the task manager the game is indeed running as witcher3.exe process in there and in steam next to the game in my menu it also says it's running, but the game won't launch it just stays on my desktop. I can fix it by disabling a mod or two in my NMM. I do know that there is a texture limit in the game but I was under the assumption that it caused infinite loading screens, this seems to be something different. It's my assumption right now that it might be a script limit perhaps? or something else? for reference I have other mods installed other than just the ones in this guide as I've been just using this as a sorta "base line" for modding my game. I have also used script merger to merge all my scripts. Also according to script merger I have a total of 35 mods, 148 scripts, and 36 bundles. Thank you for any help or insight anybody can provide me in my quest to mod the hell out of my game XD
Neovalen
As far as I know the only hard limit is texture mods. That being said, would be interested in which mods you added on top as I'm still filling out my mods list. :)
Towa
lol no problem, besides the mods listed in your guide I'm also using; The Enhancement System - light https://www.nexusmods.com/witcher3/mods/1112/?Slots Slots Slots https://www.nexusmods.com/witcher3/mods/496/?Random Encounters https://www.nexusmods.com/witcher3/mods/785/?Increased Creature Loot https://www.nexusmods.com/witcher3/mods/38/?Gwent Deluxe 2.0 https://www.nexusmods.com/witcher3/mods/1540/?Custom Localization Fix https://www.nexusmods.com/witcher3/mods/897/?Crossbow Damage Boost and Balance https://www.nexusmods.com/witcher3/mods/1126/?Action Log https://www.nexusmods.com/witcher3/mods/934/?Jump in Shallow Water https://www.nexusmods.com/witcher3/mods/1191/?Disable storybook videos https://www.nexusmods.com/witcher3/mods/816/? I'll look into merging some of my texture mods to see if that is the problem, but I've never heard of the application hanging at launch due to the texture limit... infinite loading screen is the only side affect I've ever come across for that limitation. Neovalen
I actually have a ton of those mods on my "to test" list. Enhancement System especially... tho doesn't it include Crossbow Damage Boost? Edit: Never mind, saw you used the "Light" version. Thanks for posting. :)
Towa
The full version does include it, but I'm using the light version instead which doesn't because I don't want the potion/oil animations and I plan to use AMM later on when it's updated for the new patch and all the bugs are ironed out. The full and easy versions of TES are incompatible with AMM because they include the sword effect/animation feature which is apart of AMM.
Neovalen
Yeah, lot of interesting mods out there yet that I just haven't had time to try. :) Got them on my tracking list though.
Towa
Okay after some testing through trial and error I'm pretty sure it is a texture limit issue... unfortunately I'll have to figure out how merge texture mods now xD

Time to write up a guide section tomorrow after I figure out how to do it.

Astakos
Okay after some testing through trial and error I'm pretty sure it is a texture limit issue... unfortunately I'll have to figure out how merge texture mods now xDYes this is an issue that, IIRC, CDPR introduced with their 1.10 patch. Rumor has it that you cannot have more than approximately 20 texture mods but depending on your mod list your mileage may vary.I remember that with 15 texture mods in my mod list I used to have ILS when starting the game. So yeah...merging the textures mods is the only way to go. I used to use a modKitchen method which member Utopolyst had also posted in this thread: Merging Texture Mods Hope this helps! nappilydeestruction
Ok guys I finally bought the Expansion pack thats with Heart of stone & Blood and Wine DLCS. I was suppose to buy it 2 months ago but I felt like waiting a bit. Thank goodness I did! I also bought Oblivion GOTY Deluxe version just for the hell of it since I started to love the game.
