WilliamImm Posted December 18, 2014 Posted December 18, 2014 https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/60663/?From the author of several other retextures we've been seeing recently. Looks like a few of the things it covers are also covered by other texture mods in STEP. Comparisions warrented.Testing:Provide comparision shots between Vanilla, STEP, and this mod for all modified textures.
torminater Posted December 18, 2014 Posted December 18, 2014 Quite a few stylistic changes from metal to wood. Some of the wood looks good, however the contrast is harsh compared to vanilla wood work. I don't think it'll blend well with the texture work we've got so far either. However comparisons would make a decision a lot better.
WilliamImm Posted January 11, 2015 Author Posted January 11, 2015 As suggested in the thread for Realistic HD Mushrooms, I'm marking this for testing. Marked for Testing.
HalkHoganPL Posted February 7, 2015 Posted February 7, 2015 Hello! :) I added new screenshots about the new coming update.https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/60663/? Regards, Halk Hogan PL :)
darkside Posted February 7, 2015 Posted February 7, 2015 I think we need to compare this to recent Gamwich's re-textures.
WilliamImm Posted February 7, 2015 Author Posted February 7, 2015 Welcome, Halk Hogan! Please PM z92 on the Nexus and ask for the shiny mod author badge.
kryptopyr Posted February 7, 2015 Posted February 7, 2015 Despite the name of his mod, the design of Gamwich's items look more refined than these. Halk's are the more rustic, imo... or at least they don't have as much decoration. This is not a critism of either mod; they are simply very different design choices. I like the look of both and would love to see location-specific uses. Gamwich's textures seem great for inns and other locations in or near the major cities, but I think Halk's would be the more appropriate for poor rural farms, forts and bandit lairs. Hmm... :D
EssArrBee Posted March 4, 2015 Posted March 4, 2015 I agree with Kryp on this mod. It's too random anyways. The only thing I like more than STEP is the firewood and the wooden plates which I think are better than Rustic.
TechAngel85 Posted March 23, 2015 Posted March 23, 2015 I agree with the two above. Dropped from testing for Guide v2.2.9.1.
DoubleYou Posted March 23, 2015 Posted March 23, 2015 (edited) Ah this mod I had been testing, and yep, didn't quite like what I've seen from it. Edited March 23, 2015 by DoubleYou
