Looks like BOSS v2.0.0 is up at Skyrim Nexus at last.

Yes and unfortunately it doesn't work with Mod Organizer(((

yep but from what i can tell is its ordering the mods alot better then before and is working nicely for me but i don't use MO

Maybe a dumb question - Is it automatically updating the plugins.txt file?

Woot! Finally. The new BOSS should in fact be updating the plugins.txt file. My installation is in a mess so can't test at the moment.

Good catch. I actually redirected it back to my Skyrim directory but it hadn't occured to me that it could cause a problem (as I don't use MO).

I haven't installed it yet. Does it not give you an option for installation directory? Hopefully it can be moved to a new location without affecting anything else. If it writes its location in the registry, should be simple to change.

Sorry i shouldn't have used the term 'redirected'. I meant that I installed to Skrim directory using the option to change installation location.

Works good with Opera through WB for me. Maybe try getting the latest SVN of WB if you have problems.
