Edit:Just checked and it appears this still works. Brazil is R$ 66.60 and R$ 86.60, which is about $25 and $32 usd.

hishutup Posted December 27, 2014 Posted December 27, 2014 you can do it but its frowned upon... The game is cheaper in that region because over there $60 is not the same as over here in the states.I think it is illegal to a small degree but I don't have any basis to support that claim.
