Hi all!

If you are looking for a mod with a specific functionality, please ask here so that we can collate the info in a single thread and make it easy to search.

Is anyone aware of a mod that would remove all the icons from the compass?

... disables 3rd person finish moves while i'm playing in 1st person?

The Dance of Death - A Killmove Mod doesn't do that?

Afaik Immersive First person view disables 3rd person killmoves if active.

Perhaps this might be to your liking as well: https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=17887

Dance of Death does a lot of other stuff... I am completely happy with vanilla killmoves other than seeing 3rd person moves while I'm in 1st person. It also looks like quite a complex mod with scripts and fixing all the compatibility issues isn't worth the feature I want...

Immersive First person view is an interesting mod, it has caught my attention earlier. But from what I've seen in the video it has some clipping bugs. Also I had used such mod in Oblivion and it sucked because of camera twitching (I got dizzy after playing with it for 5 minutes). But I'm going to give it a try, thanks.

Killmove control is not what I want either. I don't want any changes in chances of killmoves. I just want all the 3rd person killmoves replaced with 1st person killmoves.

Dance of Death scripts fire up only at the end of a fight. It does not conflict with anything that I'm aware of. I'd say is perfectly fade l safe to use.

Is there a something like Showracemenu Precache Killer, but for crafting menus? I have many armor and weapon mods installed, mostly with hi-res textures, and when scrolling through these armors in forge menu (for example) Skyrim often freeze.

I know about Forge Menu Overhaul but it require some preparing and changes to mods.

Complete Crafting Overhaul Remade allows you to filter your recipes prior to getting to the forge. Thats about the only way I know of besides maybe the new memory patch 3.0.

I believe the Dance of death does that if you check Enforce perspective...

Maybe check out less intursive HUD II. I think it has the compass icon toggle in the MCM menu.

Thanks! I forgot about this little gem.

Either that or Minimal HUD should be up for inclusion in STEP. I think that Minimal HUD supports that mod where you can export the settings somehow. I forget the name of it ATM, but I bet someone knows what I'm talking about.

Went searching for this thread so long I almost forgot what I was looking for.

Is there a simple mod that let me hear weather sounds from indoors? I also use AOS so it must play nice with that...

Thanks

Fred

Splash of Rain lets you hear the rain when inside. That's the only one I know.

What kind of performance impact does splash of rain have? I imagine it has to use scripts to detect weather type and location? And what about the splash animations? Can they be turned off?
