There is also the site testg (The Elder Scrolls Texture Guide) site which is the successor to the last link (devnull) that you posted. Much more up-to-date.

 

Also, one mod that is probably not on any list yet (released at the end of may, one month ago) is the Oblivion Character Overhaul. It does a very good job changing the look of the characters in Oblivion, thanks to the work the author did in changing the head meshes.

Great Guide

 

I LOVE Oblivion and was thinking of trying the Nehrim mod.   Does anyone know of a good site that would recommend mods for Nehrim?  Specifically I'm looking for compatible Nehrim mods such as...
