Another candidate for packs. 

 

This mod adds morning fogs to these location:

 

- Docks of Solitude, Riften, Windhelm and Dawnstar

- Riverwood, Ivarstead, Half Moon Mill, Markarth, Dragonbridge and Mara's Eye Pond.

 

You can see these fogs from 4am to 7am of every day!

It's supposed to work great with Manny's other mod, Supereme and Volumetric Fog.
