Mind you, that was with 4-5 followers and using UFO. Cannot say anything for EFF yet.

I am not using any multiple follower mods and the issue persist, therefore I think it's safe to say the problem lies in this mod, not follower mods.

No, this and player headtracking can be unstuck.

Have you given this another go, rootsrat? I'm currently using/testing it (saw it on your springpad list) and I haven't had any issues yet.

No, sorry, I was testing and adding different mods previously. And recently I was not really adding anything to my game, not even updating mods. The reason for that is that my game works pretty much flawlessly now (apart from an ocassional CTD, but that not unavoidable really) so I was just enjoying my playthrough - currently level 32 and rising :)

 

I doubt I will test this mod anytime soon, as I have over 230 active ESPs at the moment and quite a few other mods to test - mainly shout and Dragonborn DLC related, but I'm waiting to get to the higher level, learn more  shouts and actually visit Solstheim to do that.
