Fixes the Windhelm entrance and gate. According to Mousetick, the changes are reflected in LOD with DynDOLOD.

I'm not sure why you mention "LOD assets" in the OP since I only see an ESP. Should be fine though... subtle fix. I'd probably watch in the future to see if the Unofficial Patch comes up with a version of this fix.
