Dawnguard Rune Weapons FXS Replacer has only 3 records, and changes the Enchant Shader on just two weapons.

It is a tiny mod which has a tiny effect on the game, yet it uses up a valuable .esp slot.

I don't think the mod should be in STEP Core.
