Particle Patch and ELE - Load order

Hi.

Loot places Particle Patch above ELE in my load order.

I belive i did read somewhere that it should be loaded after ELE (with RW2 after both of them).

Any thoughts about this?

If this is specific to the STEP Guide, follow LOOT. The STEP Patches are built around a LOOT sorted load order.
