As a user pointed out in my STEP build thread, this mod is already included in Cathedral Weathers.

It's included for users not installing the Lighting and Weather section, since it's optional.

I added this to the basic instructions for the mod so that L&W users have the opportunity to NOT install it if they actually read instructions ;)
