Generally, a mod that has several MAIN Files SkyTest integration project is one example I have actually installed as a separate mod. Maybe I should mention that and it is tripping up a lot of users personally I thought it was obvious if a mod has more then 1 main file they should be separate.

To be fair, that makes sense, but I've broken a few things before assuming I knew better so I was trying to follow instructions to the letter. So far merges has been going well for me. Thanks for the input and your work on it.

Where can I download this new version of Wrye Bash, is there a link anyone can provide here?  I tried downloading from the links posted on Discord, but the Mediafire page said that the file was removed.  Also does this new version allow me to have more than 255 files in my load order without automatically deactivating them?  Any help is appreciated, thanks.

Hello,

i finaly find the way to use those new cache files in the "SSEEdit Cache" folder made by SSEEdit in the overwrite of MO2

I do a new folder name ""SSEEdit Cache Output" with the overwrite and activate it in the left list.

The time SSEEdit take to load after is really fast

hello, this one on the nexus :

and for the number of mod in your load i think there someting wrong in the way you use it. U can have maximun 255 activated mod in but can have more mod in your load. cause wrye bash desactived those it merge in the bash patch.

if u put some extra mod of this guide in the load order first do the guide to the wrye Bash section, do the bash patch (it will desactivate de esp wrye bash merge in the bash pacth, leave them desactivated in the plugins list right pane in MO2) so it will give you more slot to put some extra mod if you need.. 

thanafter put your extra mod one by one and test your game.

then after finish the guide.

When I was generating xLODGenx64 (after nearly 3 hours of generating!) I was hit with this at the end.

 

"Error while generating 10 mipmap levels for image Image @0000000001D8E358 info: Width = 512px, Height = 512px, Format + DXT1, Size = 128KiB, Bits @000000000BBE1A820 Paette @0000000000000000, Exception Message: Error creating mipmaps, Access violation at address 0000000000B9C99B in module 'xLODGenx64.exe'. Read of address FFFFFFFFFFFFFFFF"

 

Should I be worried?

With zMerge released, can we expect to see a revamp of the merged section? As far as I know, since this program supports loading 255+ plugins at once we should be able to create our merges much easier possibly without even needing separate MO2 profiles for each. It also has relinker built-in.

Arthmoor has released an additional patch for Cutting Room Floor and a character from RS Children (Froa) yesterday, should we install it too?

Probably yes add to the RS Children Merge.

I know I need to look it over to decide the course of action on that. It significantly change how we create merges so need time to investigate it properly.

just pop-up when I opened nexus and I though we had it since we have many of Frankly's mod... but then I realized it was released yesterday... So just to let you know if you want to add it to the guide ...
