On the Morroblivion Unofficial Patch site, ponyrider says "2. Then install this mod.  Place "Morroblivion_Unofficial_Patch.esp" before (above) your Bashed Patch and "Morroblivion_Unofficial_Patch_Magic_Addon.esp" after (below) your Bashed Patch."  Is there a reason you tell us to sort the magic addon above instead of below the bashed patch?

Moving Morroblivion_Unofficial_Patch_Magic_Addon.esp and boundspell_rebalance.esp after the bashed patch resolves the Wyre Bash rebuilding bashed patch errors, but I am not sure if the functionality of these mods remain the same.

1. For BSAopt, in order to run, you must install correct vcredist. The .html included in the archive leads you to the correct download, I just believe it would be worth mentioning it in your guide in case the BSAopt x64.exe doesn't run like it did for me. Added to the Guide with Visual C++ Redistributable for Visual Studio

2. For Elys Uncapper, I believe it should be "3. Move the remaining files into the OBSE\Plugins folder:
• Oblivion _Elys_Uncapper.dll
* Oblivion _Elys_Uncapper.ini Added

Instead of "3. Move the remaining files into the OBSE\Plugins folder:
• Oblivion _Elys_Uncapper.dll"

3. Also, I know it has to do with tes4lodgen or tes4ll, but anytime I test oblivion my Vanilla + DLC Meshes & Textures gets a red checkmark in Wyre Bash indicating these files are missing:

Is this normal? Yes, just anneal the files that show the red checkmark, or select Anneal All.

4. Just a typo for MenuQue  Step 4 should be 4. Move the remaining files into the OBSE\Plugins folder:
• MenuQue folder containing Settings.ini, Submodule.CS.dll, and Submodule.Game.dll
• MenuQue.dll
* OBSE_Kyoma_MenuQue.dll Fixed

4. For Oblivion Reloaded, I am confused on Bash Tag Suggestions. Added Userlist.txt note above the following:
Bash Tag suggestion(s):
ADD: OblivionReloaded.Weather.esp
BOTTOM: Post Bashed Patch

5. For RefScope, I believe you missed a step.
Original :

My Interpretation :
1. Use the Working Folder structure to repackage the mod.
2. Inside the Docs folder create a RefScope folder. Move the RefScope.html, Package.txt and omod conversion data folder into it.
3. Drag refscope.esp inside "data" of Working Folder. Added
4. Now that the mod is repackaged properly, archive and install the mod.

6. For OBSE Test Plugin :
"When testing is completed exit the game. You may also deactivate the Alternative Start Arrive by Ship and OBSE". You mean OBSETestPlugin.esp right? Fixed

7. For Oblivion Official Plugin section, step 9: "9. If using Wrye Bash, there will be an empty xEdit Backups folder in Overwrite (essentially a fake mod located at the bottom of the left pane if sorted by priority ascending) created by xEdit after cleaning. Double-click Overwrite and delete the empty folder." I believe you mean If using Mod Organizer. Fixed

8. Moving Morroblivion_Unofficial_Patch_Magic_Addon.esp and boundspell_rebalance.esp after the bashed patch resolves the Wyre Bash rebuilding bashed patch errors, but I am not sure if the functionality of these mods remain the same. You did it correctly. I have now Fixed it in the guide.

Thank you for pointing all of these issues out to me. I'll try to finish the Overhauls section tomorrow. :)

I still have two problems 1: Jiubs head https://imgur.com/aZkaR6S and 2: the Vanilla + DLC Meshes and Textures causes game to crash if it is not red. After starting the game it crashes. Then Vanilla + DLC Meshes and Textures is red in Wyre Bash with the same missing files. So I start Oblivion and play it just fine. Then I anneal Vanilla + DLC Meshes and Textures and try to load a game or start a new one in Oblivion again and it crashes again. After the crash then the Vanilla + DLC Meshes and Textures is red again e.t.c e.t.c e.t.c

Here are the missing meshes of Vanilla + DLC Meshes and Textures.

I believe MOB_OCO2 Facelift may be the change in Jiubs head. I didn't see it as an issue. We can check with ponyrider0 on this one.

I haven't experienced the CTD you mention. I have my installation set up exactly as I have it in the guide. For this you may need to try following those instructions again and reinstall the mod. It is typical for Wrye Bash to complain about mods that overwrite others, QTP3 will be one those it complains about as well when we get to the point of installing it. Annealing should work. You can also right click on the mod, select Install Missing, and see if that works for you.

I haven't installed that mod yet. I stopped just before the UI section.

Annealing it does make the error go away, but it just reverts back. I annealed the mod, ran tes4lodgen and tes4ll and it became red again in WB, so it may just be that.

After running tes4lodgen and tes4ll try Install Missing on the mods flagged red. Ponyrider0 will be away for a couple of weeks, but may be able to help us shed some light on what may be happening.

I have but then it just crashes and reverts back to being red. Oh well, seems we may have to wait for Ponyrider0

Also, shouldn't we tick the option for Darnified Books in the Bash Patch options when we rebuild it?

Yes, if Wrye Bash hasn't already done so. I'll add it to the guide to check on that.

I lied, it not only happens when I run distantlod and tes4ll, but even after annealing, installing,uninstalling, reinstalling and then refreshing data in WB. I even made a new  Vanilla + DLC Meshes and Textures

That is very odd. And you are certain that it is the Vanilla + DLC Meshes and Textures that is crashing the game? As you haven't installed anything past the UI section yet, I'll try to review some issues to see what may be common for others with the mods up to this point.

The first one I'm thinking of is DarN, making certain to change the Fonts in the Oblivion,ini. We'll try to narrow this down. But I think it is a good idea to review the other mods as well.

Have you tried to deactivate all of the active plugins except for Oblivion? Try that first. Have only the following plugins active:

Oblivion.esm

DLCBattlehornCastle.esp

DLCFrostcrag.esp

DLCHorseArmor.esp

DLCMehrunesRazor.esp

DLCOrrery.esp

DLCShiveringIsles.esp

DLCSpellTomes.esp

DLCThievesDen.esp

DLCVileLair.esp

Knights.esp

This is your core installation. Start one by one reactivating plugins according to the installation order. I believe there is a mod that is installed incorrectly. It's easy to do and easy to miss afterwards. This is how I typically track down issues for my setup.

I uninstalled EVERYTHING except Vanilla + DLC Meshes & Textures and it is still missing the same files. And yes I've only done up until the UI Section.

Based on the file patch and after reviewing the meshes/dungeons/caves/exterior folder, the ones that are missing have an extra " ". https://imgur.com/a/hdngU

Ok, so if Installing Missing and Annealing does not resolve the issue, I'm not certain what should be done. Is your game still CTD when launching with only the extra Vanilla + DLC Meshes & Textures installed?
