Razorsedge877 Posted March 14, 2017 Posted March 14, 2017 Meridia black 2k is missing from The Fomod instructions for Stunning Statues of Skyrim
darkside Posted March 14, 2017 Posted March 14, 2017 The updated CR for option 2 works well for me so far. I had to go through some "couldn't be resolved" errors but think these were related to my custom NPC retextures merged integrating EEO and Private Lydia's plugin (thus nothing to worry about the new BW version). Also I don't see the Royal Armory patch anymore, has it been deleting from the guide (I see it still in the integration part of the guide though)? I still use it but had to remove the NPCs Retexture Merged.esp and made some adjustments in it (I forwarded some records from USLEEP, IW, Royal Armory and "new" SRLE Extended LOTD - NPC Retexture Merged). PS: I used the "report masters" procedure for the first time, it worked like a charm, really awesome. I never thought this could be so helpful. Alkira. You don't need Royal Armory patch anymore. The mod distributes the weapons using script now. No NPC edit.
Alkira Posted March 14, 2017 Posted March 14, 2017 You don't need Royal Armory patch anymore. The mod distributes the weapons using script now. No NPC edit.So "royal armory" has been updated? I will make the changes although the patch didn't use any esp slot, fortunately."No NPC edit" I noticed that and found strange that "NPC retexture merged" was a master. I doesn't matter anymore. Alkira.

Alkira Posted March 14, 2017 Posted March 14, 2017 Royal Armory is currently version 2.0. I have just seen that. Will see this evening which one I got, probably not the last. Thanks for clearing things here. PS: now Darth...huh I mean Nozzer66 should delete the line referring to the patch from the integration guide (end of the guide within the conflict resolution). Alkira.

DarkladyLexy Posted March 14, 2017 Posted March 14, 2017 Meridia black 2k is missing from The Fomod instructions for Stunning Statues of Skyrimfixed as well.

johanlh Posted March 14, 2017 Posted March 14, 2017 Hey Guys I have decided since there is enough people calling for it I will be stating A new guide:SRLE Extended: Legacy of The Dragonborn Main Guide https://wiki.step-project.com/User:Darth_mathias/SRLE_Extended_Legacy_of_The_DragonbornSRLE Extended: Legacy of The DragonBorn Install Guide: https://wiki.step-project.com/User:Darth_mathias/SRLE_Extended_Legacy_of_The_Dragonborn_Integration_guide This guide it will be separate from my other guide but will include a lot of the same mods. Right now this guide is in the very very early stages as you can all see. I currently don't have my PC Setup and it won't be for approx 2 weeks. Over the Next 2 weeks I will be forming the mod list used in this guide so please let me know what mods from SRLE Extended you would really like to see carried over to my new guide and which ones you think I should drop. I am planning to provide a complete CR which should cover both Neo's CR and my own in 1 esp.Hello, I started to build the "locked" version of the guide a few days ago over the SRLE base. So far I have not had any troubles, besides some mods that were updated at the time I tried to downloaded them. I have a sugestion for the guide that could make things easier for the people. I noticed that the SRLE guide as the LODB as well, both have the table of contents with numbering of every mod and section. This makes the process of downloading or looking for a specific mod very easy. However, in the actual body of the guide, there is not numbering. What I have been doing is to keep two windows for the guide open and I use one of them to follow the instructions and the other in the table of content to know what is the numbering of the mod I am installing. I wonder if it is possible to keep the numbering also in the body of the guide, as well. Thanks in advance.
Enkida Posted March 14, 2017 Posted March 14, 2017 Hello everyone! I finally finished crafting my basis podunk potato install based off of this one, and managed to install up through [World Expansions, Falskaar] so far - working, no framerate loss, no stuttering so far, yahoo, yeehaw, etc. I did notice a few things and have a few questions, though. 1. Some components have the instruction "Do not install the following file(s) and/or folder: docs folder, readme.txt" etc. But then the mod also has a FOMOD installer. For example, Wiseman303's Critter Fixes is like this. How do you choose not to install these select files, but still activate the FOMOD installer afterwards in Mod Organizer? I've just been going the FOMOD route and deleting the excess files from my mod folder afterwards, but if there's a simpler way to do this that I am stupidly missing, I would be happy to hear it! 2. Crash Fixes v12 installed just fine, but now when I start up SKSE from Mod Organizer, a pop-up appears telling me: Warning: ExpandSystemMemoryx64 must be set to false in ENBlocal.ini [... or there may be crashes blah blah]However mine is set to true because I am running a Win7 64-bit OS and I read on reddit's beginner modding guides: ExpandSystemMemoryX64=;you may set this to either true or false and it will work, but you must also have ReduceSystemMemoryUsage=true and EnableUnsafeMemoryHacks=false if it is set to true. (If you have a 64-bit OS setting it to true is recommended.)So... should I set my ExpandSystemMemoryX64 to false to get rid of Crash Fix's warning message, or stick with the advice to keep it set to true on a 64 bit OS and just live with the popup? 3. Because I'm not using any ENB other than ENBoost for VRAM management, I was wondering whether or not it was in my interest to install the Skyrim Particle Patch / Subsurface Scattering Patch / Ice Shader fixes, which fix object meshes to better work with ENBs and correct some basic errors. I've been looking around for information on these, both on the STEP forums and off of it, and the general consenus seems to be "they don't hurt to install them anyway, as long as you let whatever mods you install afterwards overwrite them." It also seems to be a thing that many ENBs have them wrapped up already in their releases, but as I said, since I don't use anything but ENBoost, I'm not sure if I need these at all or not. If anyone has any idea I'd be happy to hear it. Installing all three creates 2 additional esp's - a flame atronach fix.esp and an ice shader fix.esp. I seem to remember a flame atronach fix being attached to *something* in this guide already, but hadn't seen anything about ice shaders or replacement ice, for that matter. 4. No Poison Dialogues 1.0 and Smaller Cursor 1.0 both come with readme.txt files that people probably don't want to install, but they aren't noted in the install guide, FYI. I'll report more things like no.4 as they pop up if I notice them, but thanks for any light anyone can shed on questions 1-3. :)
Darth_mathias Posted March 14, 2017 Author Posted March 14, 2017 hey guys just update my ModWat.ch profile with my latest shiny load order so take a look
Darth_mathias Posted March 14, 2017 Author Posted March 14, 2017 (edited) @Enkida 1. yes once you have installed via a fomod just load up and remove the files not need that should really read "post install Remove etc. etc.".2. I too have a win 7 64 bit but i have left ExpandSystemMemoryx64=false3. the flame atronach fix is part if the Vividian enb so i would yes download the Skyrim Particle Patch / Subsurface Scattering Patch / Ice Shader and merge the esp together.4. I didn't them spot when i was doing my reinstall but thanks for pointing them out. Edit Regarding Q4. cos the readmes are outside the "data folder" they don't get install thus don't need instructions for removal. @ Johanlh you not want to hear this but the locked guide is like to be gone come the weekend and we're pretty ready to say the Standalone version is finished so i suggest to book mark that page before it disappears as for your suggestion regarding numbering that will be a bit a pain at this stage cos it will mean going yet again through the whole guide. Yes it will only be a add numbers to the headings but still a pain maybe Lord Nozzer will do it or someone else like to volunteer to do that (shure Lord Nozzer wouldn't mind). Nebulous112 Posted March 14, 2017 Posted March 14, 2017 Also, it might be worth noting that the particle patch / subsurface scattering patch has been updated a few times since Vividian updated. Would it be worth adding it to the guide as a separate mod?

Enkida Posted March 14, 2017 Posted March 14, 2017 (edited) Thanks for the very helpful answers! I have two more questions, although I suspect they might be addressed further along in the guide. 1. Compass Mod - Immersive Undiscovered Locations isn't working on my install, although I've only gotten to the start of World Expansions in the guide and not to any merges or conflict resolution patches yet. (it is activated as an unmerged mod for testing purposes) It's not a terribly important mod addition for me, but I did want to ask - do you need to convert the contents of the MO Overwrite folder into a mod and activate it before this mod will work, or am I facing some other issue that I'd theoretically have to hunt down and solve on my installation? 2. Atlas Map Markers for Skyrim / Update with MCM give me the error "SkyUI Error Code: Map Mismatch, detected 4.1, required 5.1" After I click away that error, it seems like everything is working fine, though I haven't had a chance to test this one throughly yet. I am using Sky UI 5.1. Is this something that is addressed later in the guide as well, or another homegrown error I need to spend some time hunting down on my own? cheers and thanks again. what a massive undertaking this thing the three of you are doing was / is, chapeau!
