  2. SkyTEST is a lot more than just a difficulty mod, it's like Immersive Citizens for animals - food chain, strength in numbers, fear of fire, etc.
  3. Jimmy, I had Guess Distance and Telescope in previously and both included in seperate merges without issue. You just need to watch because telescope alters the player NPC record so it's possibly being overwritten by something later in your load order. Just check and CR if required. Darth, Skyway has conflicts with both Enhanced Landscapes and LotD from what I can see and may not be easy to resolve without removing cell edits from those esps?
  4. Yeah, they were both fine. I've dropped EVT now though as it was giving me too big a hit. Strangely I'm actually getting less of a hit with my current trees setup which is SFO (installed tree meshes and textures only, nothing else, no esp), Diverse Bark, TreesHD, RAT, SFO Large Junipers, SFO Bent Pines.
  5. Yes, actually thinking about it it already is in my Landscape merge along with the Moss Legenday esp from the Northfire zip. I had it split out and seperated like this to make sure the meshes and textures were all overwriting as they should. Basically there are a few meshes in Northfire that aren't in OneMountain, and there are a few textures in OneMountain that aren't in Northfire so basically you need to load in this order: ESPs are in my Landscape merge: This is an old copy of the merge and some of this is no longer in there, but not relevant to this discussion!
  6. The way I have it set up is split Northfire into two seperate folders/mods, one for messages, one for textures. Then load order is Northfire meshes, One Mountain meshes, Northfire textures. Don't forget the missing mossfall texture fix. And I can't remember but I think the moss rocks textures overwrote RF but we still need the esp (in the landscape merge)? I'll confirm tonight.

  8. OK, haven't got round to mixing and matching ENB stuff yet (haven't had time to learn!) - care to explain exactly what I need to do? I have downloaded the HIGH version of Straylight in anticipation. Feel free to PM me rather than clutter the thread up.
  9. Luvian, that's almost exactly my setup (without the ENB and weather tweaking, but NVLA w/Rudy NLA). So it got me wondering why I hadn't seen rocks that nice. Turns out when checked in MO data tab mountainslab02 was being overwritten by a f'ing armor mod (Stormcloak Explorer Armor) - wtf! Anyway, I've hidden those offending textures now so I'm actually getting to see Northfires :) I was wondering why the mountains kept changing colour as I got closer to them... DUH!

Or you could try what I'm currently running which is installing just the SFO trees and nothing else, no esp, so it just uses Vurts meshes and textures on the vanilla trees and doesn't add any more. For trees my current setup is SFO trees only, SFO 2k textures, Diverse Bark, Trees HD, RAT, SFO larger junipers, SFO Bent Pines. Looks pretty good to me and I'm getting better performance than with EVT.
  11. Is V2 making any changes to the textures preview window? I put a feature request on GitHub a while back to add a 'Use this texture' button allowing users to specify specific textures to use, overwriting the mod order priority for that specific texture rather than having to hide the same textures in any number of higher priority mods.
  12. Use the image tool (the one that looks like the photo icon) or in Imgur use the 'Get Links' button and copy the Forum link, then just drop it into your post

  14. This thread is the best laugh I've had all day :D I do not have Pokemon Go and will not be trying it. I have been amused by all the (fake?) reports in the media about people walking into mudpits and sex shops (yeah, that's his excuse...) while trying to catch Pokemon but in general I just think it is a massive flash in the pan, it'll be gone in a month. It did make me ponder existence however given that we've all been berating an app that makes otherwise lazy little sh**s get off their arses and actually walk about while I sit here for yet another evening having spent around 400 hours over the last three months trying to complete this f'ing modding marathon and not actually moving anywhere save the refrigerator for another beer and the cupboard for another packet of crisps. Now who's the one actually wasting their life here...

  17. For mountains I went with a combination of the One Mountain meshes and Northfire textures with Moss Rocks. I'll pop into the game shortly and get some screenshots but they look pretty awesome to me.

Darth/Paul/Lexy - is there any chance you could add new/edited formIDs on the changelog page along with the regular Additions/Updates/Removes for those manually patching rather than using the premade? I don't mean the complete CR entries, we can just cross ref to the CR page, just the formIDs as a reference. Does using the MO 'Merge' option (assuming you use the correct mod name) not achieve this correctly?
  19. So are you saying this can't be resolved by conflict resolution? The fix presumably is to manually edit the offending records in each plugin as required?
  20. I'm guessing we can just install the new break patch with the bsa extracted and remove the dummy esp completely?
  21. Darth, how about for a bit of differentiation on followers would it be worth considering https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/26393/? Has some nice interactions with Inigo and looks on par with Inigo and Arissa in terms of depth.
  22. Paul/Darth, could I make a very small but significant suggestion - is there any way you could 'invert' the Changelog page so the most recent updates are displayed first so as the list grows you don't have to keep scrolling all the way down to find the most recent changes? Please?
  23. Not using ELFX anymore, switched to RLS/Shadows/Claralux with Darker Dungeons just to top it all off. I have previously just mohidden the chandelier meshes.
  24. Do you still need to delete all the chandelier meshes if I still have the FPS drops with ENB in the usual locations?
