I approve of this mod. Makes the Horkers look like real creatures and not just giant grey blobs :D

Windhelm's docks are very intensive. On my old PC (<1gb VRAM) I used to run out of memory there. So paul may be right. -

Is there likely to be an issue if it's forced into last? I have my ESP set to 'Load after Bashed Patch' in LOOT so that makes it last (in my load order at least). -
I just eliminated almost all the Z-fighting in my game by running spINI (which made it barely noticable) and then updating my video card driver and accepting the recommended settings for it.

If it's a duel graphics setup like my old PC you'll need the Injector version of ENB -

Hi guys, So I've been reading all over both the Nexus and these very forums that the Bethesda High Res Texture pack is a bad bad thing to install, however it's actually part of the STEP Guide. So is it really that bad? Many people have recommended this mod instead, so is it better? https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/57353/? Thanks for your opinions

Hi again Shenson! So I was talking with Ice and a few others on the Legacy of the Dragonborn page - we believe that the "Solitude Exterior.esp" doesn't work with DBM Gallery. In my game it appeared to alter the occlusion planes or something so that the entire Solitude buildings went invisible when passing the threshold of where the city used to end (without the DBM Gallery). -

So I had the flickering again on the same rockface but viewed from the Western Watch-Tower. The game crashed shortly after, so I think I ran out of VRAM. I updated some of my mods (to include Wyrmstooth/Helgen Reborn) and re-ran DynDOLOD as Medium instead of High. That seemed to fix the mountain. Though now various parts of the exterior Dragonborn gallery seem to flicker between LODs, regular textures and being invisible when I go near them... very odd. -

Hi Shenson, I've just run DynDOLOD 2.0 and the process is actually a lot simpler than before, so thanks! So far so good, only minor issue to report was that the moutains visible as you approach Helgen (way, way behind it) were flickering oldly during the opening sequence. No other artifacts since though, but I haven't been back to Helen yet... -
Hopefully he includes the Balista too, in my last STEP playthrough I only saw 2 of these but they looked so ugly next to the Spheres and worker

Just installed this and it changed exactly nothing :S Do the armours have a different path in the vanilla game vs STEP setup? Edit: the main file only seems to change Male armours - the female one looks like it's designed purely for Karliah too -

Updated yesterday... "Version 0.2.8 - The AI used by the Falkreath's citizens has been fully overhauled. - "Survival Instinct" was still used by NPC reanimated through some spells such as Dead Thrall, this has been fixed. - "Go Home" has been improved, the homeless NPCs will act more realistically in the local tavern (assuming there is one). - A lot of AI used by the citizens of Rorikstead, Whiterun, Riverwood and Darkwater Crossing and by the Khajiit merchants have been reworked or improved. - Several improvement or minor bug fixes have been done on random encounters, notably the one with the dark brotherhood assassin. A list will be available soon. - The AI used by the bards have been improved (still not perfect): now, when you enter inside an Inn, if a bard is there, he will start to sing, but only between 19 pm and 23.5 pm (in Skyrim vanilla, a bard starts to sing whatever the hour). Note that if you want him to stop singing, you still need to ask him to stop. - The AI used by the Legates and their stormcloak equivalents have been improved. - Fixed a bug preventing sometimes the NPCs to sit correctly on bar stools. - The compatibility have been improved, without quality loss. - A Russian translation of the MCM menu has been added (courtesy of Kopasov). - The compatibility patches for ELE, ELFX, RRR, OCS & CRF have been updated." -
I swear this map appears far more often than just twice. I think it's only in locations relevant to the main quest a couple of times, but I've seen it in various bandit or forsworn camps. Plus every hold has a 'war room' with a map on it.

This makes the clothing more consistent with the other retextures. STEP does a good job of armours and mage robes, but I just did the 'Mind of Madness' quest before installing this mod and couldn't stand the low-res "Fine Clothes" you get forced to wear.

Thanks both. I just don't like any of the rubbish that can clutter the log, which could distract from actual errors. I have logging off for my STEP build at the moment but I was getting it on my own version based of Skyrim Beautification Project. -

I've found a problem with the SkyforgeSteel quest. It seems to get hung up on Tilma (old lady in Companions hut) because it alters all weapons for companions except her Skyforge Steel Dagger. I'm not great a scripts but maybe add the following to the SkyforgeSteelWeaponsQuest? NPCTilma .AddItem (SkyforgeSteelDagger, 1, true) Is this worth trying to fix, if nothing else to stop the papyrus log about this quest error? -
