  1. I've tried this in the last 10+ versions of MO and for me they always end up in overwrite and the data directory is empty... I don't know why I seem to be different than everyone else in this regard,
  2. For EFF install as you would any normal mod. The tweaks, etc are for the old version and are now in the MCM. As for the other dialogue topics I think I left those intentionally but will dbl check tonight.
  3. If that's the case then I am inclined to agree. Benefit > Detriment.
  4. I've not seen a LOD swap quite that drastic... can you give me a location where the shot was taken so I can look? You believe it's due to Better Dynamic Snow mod?
  5. These Nexus problems are giving me fits. Looks like they re-enabled NMM downloads but MO still needs to be updated before it can download mods/info again. In any case, once the Nexus is fixed I will do more updating. Manual downloading and page load failures suck. In the meantime, I've at least updated to the current Book Covers Skyrim and Vivid Landscapes series (these are likely to get more updates from the author soonish).
  6. Sorry Fallout fans, it's a fake. [video=youtube]
  7. Incorrect. The memory is mirrored on both cards so they are using local copies of the same data.
  8. The main issues are with the vanilla game. At one point there was problems with ENB, but not any more. I think the only feature not supported is TAA.
  9. I believe on the Project Parallax Remastered page there is an "Parallax Only" config there. Might be a good starting place.
  10. I've had nothing but positive gains in FPS.
  11. It does increase FPS, however there are a few minor technical glitches with water ripple effects. Not too noticeable if you use a good water mod though.
  12. Looking at this mod and how it is packaged, my only concern is going to be how to use Mod Organizer with it. There does not appear to be a manual install version, only an installer. I tried to install it to a non-Skyrim directory so I could just grab the files but the configurator prevents you from selecting options that it can't detect.
  13. I'm still using it without crashes as well.
  14. RCRN AE -- HDR Lighting and Weather Enhancement I know there is a really old thread about a previous version, but since this is a total revamp with name change I decided to make a new thread for discussion. NEW in RCRN Anniversary Edition: - Dragonborn DLC fully supported, also adds 6 brand new weathers based on the RCRN volcano expedition we did this summer. - Dawnguard DLC fully supported - AE Customizer tool - Smart AutoInstaller (AAA game grade autoinstaller: provides backup, SmartScan and more) - Autoupdater: RCRN now has the ability to update and download updates automatically. If an update is available the Autoupdater panel will show up. - Full support to ENB and HiAlgo via the AE Customizer tool - Totally new Regional Weather - No more stuck or slow weather, pick your favorite weather ratio according to your timescale via the AE Customizer tool - Cloudy Weather Pack! Adds the first batch of brand new Weathers, which includes 20 new handcrafted Cloudy Weathers. - Cloudy Skies Texture pack! Adds the first batch of brand new sky & clouds textures. - HD Snow Textures included, handtaken by our team from Finland. ...this is just a quick overview, the full Changelog is way bigger, give it a look! Interior Features and fixes: - Dynamic interiors: Interiors reacts in real time to exterior lighting and weathers. - Sounds for Dynamic interiors (you can hear exterior weather sounds, like raindrops hitting the roof) from the Interior scene. - Dark and scary dungeons with 3 different user-selectable levels of darkness intensity. - Adaptive Bloom for interiors, perfectly tweaked bloom to adapt well to every environment. - Reworked 1 by 1 the lighting of each interior location. - Optimized Torches and interior static light sources (every single interior light source has been fixed in hue and intensity). 15. This mod provides noise map and terrain lod textures. Conflicts with A Quality World Map and EDT2 for terrain and EDT for noise. Worth noting EDT2 touches more textures incl Dragon born. If going to use load order would be: EDT2 This mod Quality World Map Not done a compare basing this off file structure.
  16. I have 4GB GFX memory and my cards are a year old... That being said, the game is awesome and highly recommended by me.
  17. I don't have any idea why MO complains the following for SR:LE: The conflict resolution order for some mods with scripts differs from the corresponding esp. This can lead to subtle, hard to locate bugs. You should re-order the affected mods. The following changes should fix the issue (They are applied automatically if you click "Fix"): Move Alternate Start - Live Another Life after Provincial Courier Service There is no reason for this because: 1. There are no conflicting script files between these mods. 2. There are no conflicting records between these mods. So honestly no idea where it is pulling this info from.
  18. I tried it, looks absolutely gorgeous in the tundra... my memory was ok but I've got 4GB VRAM and ENBoost lets me use it.
  19. If you install the following: 1. aMidianBorn Book of Silence 2. aMidianBorn Wolf Armor and Skyforge Weapons (newer than the one included currently in BoS 1.9) 3. WAF + amb Skyforge Patch All is well.
  20. I think its fun for an MMO and having a good time with it. That said it is not Skyrim and honestly its not a fair compare as an MMO is never going to compare to a superbly crafted single player experience especially one with mods. The upside is multiplayer/community, new lore, new quests, new lands. Downside is the playstyle due to being over a network.
  21. I would kill for an updated/maintained SRO. Was and still is my go to texture pack. So thanks for sharing what you have shared already and hope one day to see a new release. That being said I love both CaBaL and Staracs work.
  22. Very nice... thanks for the post and glad to see another unreal user :)
  23. I use FireFox on my desktop... I HATE Chrome, uninstalled after 2 days. On my Android phone, I use Chrome reluctantly as FireFox for Android is ridiculously bad.
  24. https://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/40512//? Edit: Damn you Will... stealing my thunder! :)
