  1. I've updated SR:LE already but believe STEP itself has not yet evaluated it. If you are using STEP get the old version.
  2. Off topic a bit but totally know the feeling. OBIS adds the need for tactics when fighting bandits... rush in and you'll get slaughtered.
  3. Unreal Cinema has the best interiors I've seen to date. I think its the thing I like most about it.
  4. $ is missing string files I think. I do not get these.
  5. Damn copy paste. Will fix, thanks.
  6. It'll complain about SKSE but click install anyway and all will be well.
  7. Wanted to post another update here. Nvidia released yet another R331 driver on 28 October which resolved this problem. That was fast.
  8. Unofficial patches v2.0 now released. Be sure to update ALL unofficial patches at the same time and run BOSS for proper sorting. Also...
  9. That's because its not a direct conflict... its a gameplay conflict. Basically you are going to be making OBIS Falskaar bandits aware of Alternate Start.
  10. Honestly I took the Skyfalls authors words to paper so he would have to answer. As you say... no death inducing performance drop for me, only benefits.
  11. Looks great so far. :)
  12. The only negative is not having as many perks due to levelling changes so using other trees you may have to compensate some. :)
  13. Right click record you don't need any more. Remove. If need to remove master, go to file header and remove master reference. End. :) As for the video, will look into it. Uskp 2.0 beta is loaded as a false esm after their respective esm such as: Skyrim.esm Update.esm Unofficial Skyrim Patch.esp Dawnguard.esm Unofficial Dawnguard Patch.esp and so on. This might make it seem more logical.
  14. Have you been able to compare performance between normal fullscreen, ENB Borderless Windowed and the Borderless Window (the plugin)? Not really, I've been battling some driver issues between ENB and Nvidia lately.
  15. I have SPERG installed right now, but I haven't had time to actually play with it to test it enough. Seems good thus far though.
  16. After some troubleshooting with Aiyen it appears to be an ENB / Nvidia R331 driver issue. For now I will use the old driver, but unfortunately on Tuesday I will be forced to R331 for BF4... hopefully someone will have reported this to Boris by then for a fix. I'd rather jump into a pit of vipers than try to report something on Boris forum... lol.
  17. SLI enabled or disabled, no effect. ENBoost On or Off, no effect.
  18. Took the plunge and updated to Windows 8.1 on my machine. Unfortunately, it doesn't seem to play nice with ENB. I am also running the Nvidia R331 Game Ready Driver (For BF4). Symptoms: Â Â Random stutter (fps spikes downward momentarily) and sound corruption. Does not occur with ENB disabled. Anyone else getting this?
  19. Another update on this topic. I have re-removed Double Cursor Fix. ENB can handle the same functionality via enblocal.ini parameter "FixCursorVisibility=true". (Set by default in Unreal Cinema ENB) Side note: If you want borderless full screen (as SR used to be using OneTweak) set bFull Screen=0 in the SkyrimPrefs.ini then "ForceBorderless=true" and "ForceBorderlessFullScreen=true" in enblocal.ini.
  20. The water issue is the only one you'd really notice and it bugs sometimes but isn't overly in your face. Mitigation is to disable the 2nd card (negating any framerate benefits of course) so I just live with it. is a video of the issue. For some reason mine is not quite as bad as that guy. Might be with ENB water fixes and water mods it's a lot less visible than shown in the video.
  21. 1. When you get an ILS/Freeze you can actually close the window and continue. For some reason, if I get a freeze or ILS when in full screen I can't bring up task manager even... granted these should not happen but when testing a ton of mods like I do...2. Alt-Tabbing is easier to be able to multi-task in general. 3. Being able to run in a smaller than full window for performance reasons (I'm on a 2560x1600 display... 1920x1080 is doable in a window for more performance). All around windowed was a little easier to work with. I seem to be getting good performance full screened though so figure I'd stick with it for now until it becomes a problem.
  22. Avast quarantined mine today... flagged as false positive. Add skse loader to exclusions list.
  23. After consideration, I have done the following: 1. Changed recommendation back to Full Screen. 2. Removed OneTweak. 3. Re-added Double Cursor Fix and the Race Menu optional DisableFaceGenCache.
  24. RND - Likely, I really hate that it messes up water collision splashes. I do like the amount of extra immersion it provides though. I don't have an issue with OneTweak myself but have heard many people having issues. I will look a little closer at it.
  25. Skyrim + SLI still has all the issues it always has. Water problems (flickering ripples randomly) and lack of HDR, etc. Still a decent framerate boost if you can deal with the issues. Only current feature of ENB that doesn't work with SLI is Temporal AA which is questionable anyways but Boris has pretty much said SLI/Crossfire not his focus so unlikely to get any optimization there. With ENB I can get pretty awesome framerates at 1920x1080 but it starts to really show issues (micro-stutter despite 40ish FPS) running 2560x1600. In other words, I wouldn't go out of your way for SLI just for Skyrim. The engine doesn't handle it optimally and neither does ENB. I do however recommend SLI for pretty much any other game with a modern engine. I just played the BF4 Beta maxed out at 60fps/2560x1600 on my system, excited for the full version as the last driver version said it updated the profile even more.
