All the mods that did this are no longer being supported, we are anxiously awaiting RLWC 4.0 hopefully coming this year or early next.

50fps STEP recommendation for vanilla...
frihyland replied to violetarc's question in General Skyrim LE Support
I'll repeat my advice above, install STEP until you reach a minimum of 35 fps then stop. I would first try out installing just the lowest res versions of all core mods and retest to see if you are still above 35, then add/delete mods till you hit a minimum 35fps threshold. The reason for this is if you are below 35fps just walking around, later in the game when a ton of scripts are running and you get jumped by a bunch of monsters your game will probably grind to a halt. FYI dropping 25fps is not normal, you might want to try the adjusting your settings and testing so you understand what settings affect your fps the most. First thing to do is turn off SSAO completely. -
50fps STEP recommendation for vanilla...
frihyland replied to violetarc's question in General Skyrim LE Support
Actually the goal is never to drop below 35fps, you are misreading that quote out of context. What I wrote, in context, goes something like if you have higher than 50fps in all areas than you are ok to up your settings and use higher res textures until your fps is at 50. The opposite corollary should be in their as well, stating if your fps is not at least 35 you need to lower the texture res and settings until you achive 35, that part may have gotten lost in the rewrite if you are not seeing it. -
This mod is a clear violation of the EULA, then again so is Bethesda Optimized DLC and its been just fine for 6 months. This one I have a feeling won't last though.

The original author of Immersive Interiors is well on the way to having a release for Skyrim, but this one certainly looks good by the screenshots.

Choosing a Graphics Card

Standalone SMAAĂ‚ Make sure you disable AA in game and in your driver. Check the ENB guide in the wiki if you want to use it together with ENB. -
Choosing a Graphics Card

Actually each card is different, even cards with the same chip and manufacturer often have different sizes based on the cooling system used. -
Choosing a Graphics Card
frihyland replied to vile83r's topic in General Skyrim LE Discussion & Support
No the form size is exactly the same, but I didn't know if the chipsets were compatible, so I cautioned to check first. Besidillo said the 2 versions are completely compatible and after doing some research I can confirm that. Now all you have to do is make sure the card will actually fit in your case (some are very long and wide) and not obstruct anything on the motherboard. -

Smile when you see a foot long page of UDRs that the spoiler tag doesn't hide in the Comments of the mod. You have to look at it through the forums, not the download site. It can't handle even the slightest formatting, so stupid. Ă‚ Looks gorgeous on the forum.

All Mod Authors have been notified of errors and given the error dumps to review.

Well I haven't opened it in the CK yet so all I know is that all the errors have to do with condition checks that have a null value in a RACE record.

Choosing a Graphics Card
frihyland replied to vile83r's topic in General Skyrim LE Discussion & Support
You should be fine as long as you run all the lowest resolution graphics and don't use AA (use SMAA instead). If you decide to upgrade, you can also grab a 660 3GB for $320, most cards over 2GB are PCI Express 3 though, so make sure your motherboard supports them. The best deal for the long run is the 670 4GB, I'm waiting for a sale where they drop to around $400 to snag a couple. -
Start a new game and see if you still have the issue. If you do, than disable all your mods 5 at a time until you fix the problem. Then add them back one at a time till you find out what mod causes the problem.

LOL, thats the directory dump, it added itself to the list.

iHUD is back in next version, how does this complement it?

I have cleaned all the files with errors using gecko beta 1.0 with no results. Gecko only cleans ITM errors at the moment, when it supports UDR I will try again. Some of the errors are either human error or data loss from TESVSnip: Burn Freeze Shock Effects, Better Quest Objectives, and Soul Gems Differ fall into this category. These will probably not be fixable by any automated cleaner. Some of the errors are just minor warnings and can be ignored safely: Live Another Life, More Dynamic Shadows, and iHUD. The rest are all contain UDR's that should be mostly cleanable by next version of Gecko, some UDR's are more complex than others so it may take a while for Gecko to fully fix all record types.

line 4288 of the light batch and 4300 or regular batch, esp file needs to be changed from: call:combine "OptionalMods\SoulGemsDiffer\01 - ESP\Soul Gems Differ - E.esp" "Combined\Data\" to call:combine "OptionalMods\SoulGemsDiffer\01 - ESP\Soul Gems Differ - NS - E.esp" "Combined\Data\" The first esp contains corrupted data, the second is clean.

Sadly, I have no idea where you are going wrong. Do let me know when you find out the cause of your woes. -
Having WB use MO's mod directory
frihyland replied to electricgeneral's question in General Skyrim LE Support
Ahh I bet I know, did you configure and run Skyrim at least once before installing them? Skyrim doesn't finish making its registry entries until you configure and run it :P Totally screws up other programs that depend on those registry entries. If that's not it, than I am at a loss. -

After you had moved or reinstalled steam and skyrim did you uninstall and reinstall BOSS, WB and MO with the installer versions? -
SKYRIMLE Ethereal Elven Overhaul (by nuska)
frihyland replied to mightyusaid's topic in Skyrim LE Mods
Nothing, all issues resolved, delete any files you have (even if it appears the same version) and redownload it right now and enjoy. There were a number of stealth updates to the files so don't believe NMM or version number.
