haha, now I have to edit my other post on this subject, Neo and Iroha are both correct, XPMS versions 1.71 and 1.7b did include the bow draw animations, but versions 1.8 - 1.81 did not. -
Edit 2: It doesn't look like they are intended to be included, XP32 just provides a link to the Chesko's mod on the description page. FCqt Wrote Just checked the v1.81 archive and the 01 BOLT folders only contain meshes, no animations. Looks like Belt-Fastened Quivers is still needed for the animations. Edit 3: Ugg, looks like they were included in versions 1.7b and 1.71 but not in 1.8 to 1.81.

I just tried #1, selected a mod and pressed my delete key and it did indeed ask if I wanted to delete a different mod than the one I had selected, definitely something wonky there. For #2 you might have to switch between the integrated and internal fomod installer for certain mods (Installer tab of the settings, "Prefer integrated fomod installer"). I know I had one mod that I could not install because it was looking for Skyrim.esm before it would do anything and that information is not provided to the installer.

I think the texture you are looking for is either going to be textures\dungeons\imperial\impextdecals01.dds, impextdecals01ice.dds or impextdecals01_n.dds The only non STEP mod I found the texture in is Langleys Wood Metal and Stone Workshop, I don't know if Revisited adds any on top of STEP.

Looks like a mesh that should be covered by No Stretching. Maybe it is being overwritten by another mod? It could just have been missed though, in which case, if I can find the mesh I can fix it.

It is supposed to overwrite them, which I always forget when either the CK updates or I have to do a verify :P MO is awesome for that though, I just keep the scripts in a SKSE folder that is loaded at the very top of my mod list and so they will always override the CK's scripts while keeping it clean. -
I believe those are two different mods, both included in S.T.E.P.Birds and Flocks Birds of Skyrim As far as I know they don't conflict, did I miss something?

Facegen textures often get reduced to a 1x1 pixel image, that is why they end up smaller. DDSOpt only shrinks them if every colour is the same so you don't lose anything, however the CS whines when it encounters these textures so I usually don't keep them.

I had this happen to me, turned out I had incorrectly installed updated XPMS, I forgot the checkbox for the core "Skeleton Rig" in the NMM installer.

SKYRIMLE Lockpicks 5 to Choose From (by freakysugar)
Wormheart replied to dstansberry's topic in Skyrim LE Mods
No, sorry, I should have been clearer. The main file has two variations in it, so you only need that file if one of the those variations is the one you want, if you want Dark Steel, you only need the Dark Steel pick optional file. Edit: Looks like the the main file has one unique variant, a version of the Redwood shiv but a brighter, polished metal look. The other variant looks to be the same as "Dark Steel pick" Edit 2: Seems the Morrowind Boots of Blinding Speed have long lasting side-effects, I didn't see the "Redwood Polished Picks" at the bottom of the optionals list, so the main file looks like it might be redundant. Edit 3: PICS! Vanilla -Â Brass Glass Butted Lockpick -Â Dark steel pick - Gold picks -Â Redwood dark steel pick -Â Redwood Polished pick No conflicts with other step mod textures. -
SKYRIMLE Lockpicks 5 to Choose From (by freakysugar)

Looks like it is just the pick and shiv, not the interface. Also a note, you only need the main file if it has the retexture you are looking for, all the optional files appear to be standalone. -
The file ATAF Weapons on Back Relaxed (currently at the bottom of the Optionals section) has the modified skeletons in it for dual swords on back or sword and shield on back. The rest of the files only contain animations. I'm currently using the main file, Greatsword Sprint, Strafe and Sword and Board Relaxed. It looks good so far but I haven't been playing all that much, hopefully I'll get to actually play the game before TESXIV ;)

Already had them so here they are ;) SkyrimPrefs.ini Results, 512 on the left, 2048 on the right: I didn't use 4096 for the SkyrimPrefs test, I felt the difference was pretty clear even at 2048. Altering the values in Skyrim.ini did not seem to make a difference (as shown in my previous post), so the recommendation of making changes to SkyrimPrefs.ini seems to be correct as it is.

Here is a comparison set taken in Helgen Keep: (Basic Skyrim setup only: Skyrim, DG, Hearthfires, HRDLC's and Unofficial patches) Vanilla - Langleys - Metal Cage HD Loading the CK with Langleys Wood Metal and Stone Textures Workshop, however, exposed a possible problem with the smeltermarker.nif, lots of warnings. I don't know how it compares to the one included in USKP but that is probably best keep to another thread.

I gave this a quick test: SkyrimPrefs.ini, Primary=2048 \ Secondary=1024 vs. Primary=512 \ Secondary=256 (Primary and Secondary settings removed from Skyrim.ini) -- the difference was easy to spot. Skyrim.ini, Primary=4096 \ Secondary=2048 vs. Primary=512 \ Secondary=256 (Primary and Secondary settings removed from SkyrimPrefs.ini) -- no difference was noticeable and given the large increase in resolution it should have been easy. Skyrim.ini Results, 512 on the left, 4096 on the right:

I can switch them around and keep that in mind for future posts :D I wanted to get something up for comparisons, I'll see about adding location shots either later today or tomorrow.

Comparison images, Forsworn Tents & Fencing HD on the left, Vanilla on the right. leatherhide01.dds also used on: hagravenveins01.dds (4096x4096) only used on: Texture not replaced by any other step mods.
-
Comparison images, Tanning Rack HD on the left, Vanilla on the right. No other step mods replace this texture.

Comparison images, Torture Rack HD on the left, vanilla on the right. No other step mods replace this texture.

Comparison images, Metal Cage HD on the left, Vanilla on the right. No other step mods replace this texture.

They also seem to be in {steam}\skyrim\skyrim\skyrimprefs.ini which I believe skyrim uses as a base to generate the ones in the documents folder. At least the settings are in mine from a backup of a clean install. And I only have iShadowMapResolutionPrimary in my skyrim_default.ini

ACCEPTED aMidianBorn Book of Silence (by CaBaL)
Wormheart replied to EisDrache's topic in Skyrim LE Mods
There are also Ice Wolves in vanilla Skyrim. I don't know if there is any Lore that says what type of wolf they get the fur from. -
Heh, I just thought the page was being worked on :) Anyways, the 4 mods that were removed from 2.2.5 are still on the Guide (Get Snowy, Better Book Names, Barrow Button Fix and Warmer Magic Lights) Also, I think Realistic Ragdolls & Force and Maximum Skeleton need to switch places or Ragdolls & Force will overwrite skeleton.nif, skeleton_female.nif, skeletonbeast.nif, and skeletonbeast_female.nif. I believe Maximum Skeleton already includes the settings from Realistic Ragdolls & force.
