Okay, Z, I added you as a collaborator. Not sure how that works. Also, the 2.2.9 working patches will be done tomorrow, I've looked through almost the entire mod list record by record to see what all we got in there. Doesn't look like to much of a change from what we got, short of Diverse Priests being removed. I thought Cutting Room Floor was going to be a problem, but it looks good to me. Haven't finish looking at Extended though, fingers crossed.

Okay, it's updated. Are you z929669 on github? I don't know how to open stuff up, but there is something to add collaborators.

SKYRIMLE Skyrim High Definition LODs (by tamu75)
EssArrBee replied to EssArrBee's topic in Skyrim LE Mods
Good call, amigo. You need to upgrade from that 1GB card when the tax return comes in. -
Oh yeah, they are in the STEP Patches, but not on the STEP Guide. We need them for patching, but you could remove them from the Readme if you like. Basically, all those patches would be in the STEP Patches whether they existed or not because I just patch the whole the modlist regardless of the patch's existence.

Skyrim High Definition LODs by tamu75 Looks like another LOD mod that is quite large compared to the others. Seems to replace all the LOD files, over 1GB in size, unpacked. The download is only 270MB. Textures and meshes in 2k and 4k resolution. Pictures on the mod page look, but they always look that way.

GUIDE Fear and Loathing in New Vegas - Feedback

Yeah I never experienced it. I've never had that bug. It seems like something is hanging. Open your nvac.log and leave it open, then play the game and when it happens tab out to your nvac log and see if there is a code listed. If so check the letter code on the NVAC nexus page and report your issue to Queued to see if he can help it. Otherwise Google is your best bet. Hmm... I thought this got added to BOSS, I'll look into it. Maybe I delelted it with all the stuff that did get added. -

Yeah use the Roberts version and I think the 1024 or 2048 version of hectrols is good if you have the power. If you install that section and change anything afterwards, you need to reinstall the whole thing. It is a pain in the butt since some of those use C# installer and MO doesn't handle them well. I doubt nvse needs to be reinstalled unless you tried to install it with MO instead of doing it manually. I'm guessing MCM and uHUD are messed up so it' best to do the whole UI section again. Uncheck everything in MO, then open FOMM uninstall the mods, then uninstall them in MO. Then install there UI section again. You can enable and disable all mods in the right pane by right clicking on the mod list so you don't have to go one by one. I'm not done with this just making a new implant mod. I'll release some upgraded version of the monocyte breeder and sub dermal armor soon. Then I'll make it into something that works with PN and has upgrades. Not sure what exactly your issue is, need more detail. Is it reproducible? When does it fade to black? -
ACCEPTED Audio Overhaul for Skyrim (by David Jegutidse)

The first patch had unique formids. The new one is merge able and the updated patch are posted to my github page. -
Okay, I'm done. The changes Lord Korn made to the latest patch allowed it to be merged into the STEP Patches no prob. I updated both patches and the readme. I'll do the STEP Patches page next. https://github.com/EssArrBee/STEP-Patches In other news, I've been all up in the GECK this weekend and am a bit tired of it, so I'll be doing the 2.2.9 working patches tomorrow with the updated list that is starting to take shape.

I'll look it over in a bit.

ACCEPTED Audio Overhaul for Skyrim (by David Jegutidse)

Immersive cm at sounds. Everything should be fine with the step patches. I think that lorn korn may have adds some new patches that are for step mods, but they would already be included in the step patches. -

I'm real wizard, that's how. ::p:You just look and see if there are any records that match the load order of plugin. So 10101010 should be in mod that is loaded in the 10 position, or 16th. -
We should do a very limited ENB that only covers a few things. Shadows, parallax, DoF... I bet we could just strip out all the stuff from the .fx files that we don't need and get it to only cost 6-8 FPS.

I updated the STEP Patches the day after AOS2 was released. I even made some of the those AOS patches that Lorn Korn has on his page. The STEP Patches are a bit different though because they patch the entire list of mods in the guide and not just two mods. Stats tag is from Wrye Bash. If you make a Bashed Patch, click on the mod you want to tag in the Mods tab, then in the bottom right corner there is a small box, just right click that box and find Stats. Generate a new Bashed Patch and you're good to go. -
Just drag and drop them into the patch you want them to be in. Or just copy the whole records over from the the left side into the patch that loads last. Then drag the formIDs missing from other mods to the patch.
-
As long as every formid is in the last column it will load everything. Don't worry if the patch doesn't include every mod as a master.

GUIDE Fear and Loathing in New Vegas - Feedback
EssArrBee replied to EssArrBee's topic in Fear & Loathing in New Vegas
I was thinking of nerfing the implants since they will have multiple levels. By time it levels up and you spend all that money it will be worth it. Making them into PN implants is a bit more work than I thought it would be. Jsawer's mod hasn't been added because it creates compatibility issues and some of it is already included in other mods in the guide. -

I might just start out by making them fully upgraded when you buy them at first and as I figure it all out in the GECK, make it a PN Cyberware addon. The GECK is such a pain in the pooper to use. Thank you. -

I'm thinking the about doing a thing where both the Monocyte Breeder Implant and the Sub-Dermal Implant are upgradeable and have three levels. I like the idea of the Reign Monocyte implant mod, but I was thinking the that sub-dermal armor might have limb regen stuff and I'll come up with something else for the monocyte breeder implant. This will obviously require Project Nevada since they make them into implants that you carry around and could take to a workbench and upgrade. I could just make it for the regular game until then I figure out how PN does it magic. Here is what I got so far: Sub-Dermal Armor - 8000 caps1st level - 4 DT2nd level - Inject Med-x when limb is crippled or inject antivenom when poisonedDoes not re-inject until you fix limbs3rd level - fix limbsOnly starts after 90 minutes (3 real world minutes) in game time at vanilla timescale, will make a timescale 20 and 15 version since it is easy and those are the PN default and my preferred timescaleOnly will heal up to 15 or 20% (haven't decided yet), one limb at a time at 1 point/3 secondsMonocyte Breeder - 12000 caps1st level - Health < 15% gain 4hp/3s, health < 75% gain 1hp/3s, health < 100% gain 1hp/6sthese might change and be a bit different as I work on it and balance for the game2nd level - Adrenaline injectionStores adrenaline from body to inject when health dropsIncrease END +1, AGL +1, speed +10% when health < 50%Does not re-inject for at least half a day in gameThat is the effect of having to regen adrenaline from body's adrenal gland3rd level - not sure, I've out done myselfLeft me know what you guys think. I'm picking up GECK scripting pretty well, so this could be a whole thing. One idea that I have to make you go back to DR Usanagi for upgrade at 4000 caps to make the overpowered implant seem like it is worth it since you will need to sell a lot of guns and armor or play lots of blackjack to get them both upgraded and implanted. -
Can confirm. My desktop has Westmeres and it is good but not great at gaming, even with monster cards hooked up. For compute purposes, they are amazing and just eat up simulations. If I wasn't so lazy, I'd just buy a new chip and motherboard and build a proper desktop instead of trying to game on a makeshift workstation.

Alright I added a couple mods that should have been added long time ago, but just got pushed to the back of my brain. CASM with MCM and Armor Replacer Child NPC Fix. Plus, I removed lots of BUM instructions since WilliamImm added a bunch of stuff to the BOSS masterlist. Direct all thank you notes, love letters, and money at him. The next time you start BUM after the masterlist has been updated it will ask you about deleting rules, but it throw up an error and freeze. If it does try starting it on it's own instead of through MO. Then it should not freeze. From there you can go back and start it through MO. EDIT: Are there any gamepad users that want something about Xpadder with FNV, so you can take advantage of special PN hotkeys and the Weapon Wheel mod? Also, I'm thinking of adding a separate page with MCM settings I use. Would this help anyone? -

No it is for performance reasons. I'm using mostly 1k and 2k textures and still hitting the VRAM wall. I have a 2GB card so if you have more then go for it with the high res blood. Thanks for using the guide. I haven't really ventured into things like AWOP. I am working on adding new quests right now with Tales from the Burning Sands, then all of someguy's mods. I don't discourage the use of that mod, but I would have a hard time trouble shooting it if there are problems. I don't have experience with it and might not for a while, since there are just to many mods to get to. My advice is to play the game until you get bored with the current character, then make a new profile with MO and try to incorporate AWOP and go through the mods you have adding in all the patches for it. I imagine there would be quite a few of them.
