GUIDE Mythic Dawn: Gateway to Oblivion WIP

Decided after 5 edits it was time for another post... Added Suggested Key mapping section - this is very rough, any suggestions? Useful In Game Menu Hotkeys section - this is also rough -
I do have to say, I was watching the vod and I was a little disappointed... But then I hit 4:25 and saw that it was more than just an ecosystem simulator. and became more interested... By what @TechAngel85 said, I am assuming there is a download somewhere... Once, I figure it out I'll take a look... If there even is a download somewhere EDIT: found out why Taken from the FAQs

Ok I read like part of hat you said but I believe it's the general rule is to never use the nmm import thing. I don't know why but I can think of reasons. I would just look down the lost of mods you have and then redowload them. I would also say keep the mods that you download backed up somewhere because nexus is ban happy and author love to hide their files for long periods of time when updating.

Special Installation: Do not install the following file(s) and/or folder(s): JSwords* (Complete Crafting Overhaul Remade removes the need for these plugin files.) It only says delete the plugin files CCOR still needs the mesh and textures folder EDIT: Here is a quote from the CCOR mod page -

hishutup replied to monkeycid's topic in Skyrim Revisited (retired)
umm the JaySus Swords mod contains a number of things Meshes Textures Plugins The plugins are NOT needed because Complete Crafting Overhaul Remade includes an option to use JaySuS swords because the plugin IS included with it The only thing that Complete Crafting Overhaul Remade does not include is the meshes and the textures for the swords. So thats why you still need to download the mod. -

Jaysus swords plugin is included in ccor but the resources are not. That's why the mod still needs to be installed even though the plugins are not going to be used -

Added Liquid Water OBGE Effects OBGE.ini edits Tips section Removed Water_Reflection_Blur Enhanced water Enhanced water si ShadeMe may also be removed Changed the color HUD Alive Unique Landscapes Compatibility Patches Roads of Cyrodiil (Patches section) Edited CBash instructions Crime: Alarm Distance Greeting Distance Will look into other OBGE Effects If anyone sees something they like please vouch for it If someone knows something about OBGE then please share because I know little of the tool. Maybe play with the setting yourself and tell me how it went... EDIT: this thing is pretty annoying and is a pain to workaround when I got it last time. I had just clicked Rebuild and this popped up immediately so I believe it to be a false error. EDIT 2: Restarted Wrye Bash and everything was fine. Added instructions for Tes4ll Changed the color Immersive Prison Sewer Exit Bash-able Quest Delayers Oblivion XP Update EDIT 3: Added OBGE Skin - Core OBGE Physically Correct Sky - Core OBGE Parallax Occlusion Mapping - Unsure, looked weird on some objects OBGE Linear/Luminance HDR - Unsure, haven't looked at Mikes Clothes Replacer v11 - Core Changed the color FCOM Convergence - Red -> Orange EDIT 4: Planning on slowly adding the most popular overhauls. This is going to be insane I am fairly confident in FCOM and the mods that are included but I don't really know about the others. Ibelieve TIE will be incompatible with a lot. EDIT 5: Added BOSS Rules section - I am not happy with how it is written though. -

Neovalen if that is your upload, Can you unachive the one inside the root of the first archive. so that people just need to bring up the manual install and select one then istall, followed by checking the other and installing rather than having to unarchive the two and then install each separately. You can probably even get by, by merging the two unarchived folders. So that people only need to install once. They should have dragonborn when using your guide -
Low Quality Textures Close Up Vanilla
hishutup replied to DepartedCitizen-00003's question in General Skyrim LE Support
One mountain includes all the fixes from no stretching and many others. If you are not going to use re-textures then you are going to have to deal with vanilla problems. -

hmm, I would say give ONE MOUNTAIN - To Rule Them All by Gamwich a shot -
Low Quality Textures Close Up Vanilla
hishutup replied to DepartedCitizen-00003's question in General Skyrim LE Support
Some of those Mods try to fix the mountains, just in their own way. 2K should be good enough, unless you have room to squeeze 4k textures in the VRAM Do you use anything that could 'inject' any sort of effect or settings to the game. Like enb, sweetfs, radeonpro, fps monitoring software, driver management, anything? In your skyrimprefs.ini what do you have these lines set to iTexMipMapMinimum=iTexMipMapSkip= -
Low Quality Textures Close Up Vanilla
hishutup replied to DepartedCitizen-00003's question in General Skyrim LE Support
As for the Dragon thing... I saw this a few weeks back No Dragon LODs by ShenziSixaxis Rocks/Mountains have issues with a texture being stretched over a very large object without tiling properly... Everyone has that issues because Bethesda decided that it was not an issue to fix. Take a look at these... in the reverse order of what I think would help... Vivid Landscapes - Rocking Stones and Mountains Two by Aron Tamriel Reloaded - Mountains and Rocks by 32cm ONE MOUNTAIN - To Rule Them All by Gamwich -
Sfo 2.0 does not have the same effect.

GUIDE Mythic Dawn: Gateway to Oblivion WIP
hishutup replied to hishutup's topic in Oblivion - Mythic Dawn
Null errors are fine... They were probably made null so that the quests could hook correctly. Once I get the performance to a standard that I am happy with Ill probably start testing, in the sense of I'll actually play some of the game. I just can't stand the low frames like low 20's in some areas -
Yes and no... Does add trees that are taller? Yes Does it make trees taller? Kind of. Does it change the meshes to some that should be taller? Yes. Rather than raising the scale of the trees. Sfo 2.0 changes the meshes.

hishutup replied to hishutup's topic in Oblivion - Mythic Dawn
I wouldn't worry about the errors. I believe they are harmless or it's because tes4edit can't understand it. As for OCOCCCM, I don't know but I thought I looked to see if there was anything wrong with it and I am almost positive I didn't see anything out of place other than a few very minor issues -

The chat is kinda a pain... you have you register your nickname before you can join the room. Use the name you use on step. I'll convince phazer11 to produce a better set of directions I think those errors are perfectly okay in this situation -
There are files in my actual Skyrim folder.
hishutup replied to acindron's question in Mod Organizer Support
ok... that is fine... When WB is open and you open a file explorer through WB... The file explorer can also see the VFS... Its complicated but in short you are able to see all the files because it seems to load it correctly... If you close WB the files should no longer be there. its confusing but MO is doing what it should.... Someone may come around and explain it better...
