  1. There is only a support forum: https://forum.step-project.com/topic/3017-creation-kit-by-bethesda/ There currently isn't a Guide or anything like that for simple discussion. I'll convert those sheets into .DOC format and post them in the OP. I've already added a few links to some resources that have helped me.
  2. I have printable cheat sheets which I made that helped me learn if anyone is interested.
  3. Save often and when objects stop rendering F5 is your friend. I'm running the CK via MO. Have you not gotten it to run?
  4. He's dropping BOYD edits from his mods so that they're no longer required. At least that's what I'm getting out of it. Instructions updated.
  5. You might try adjusting the [LIGHTSPRITE] and [FIRE] sections of enbseries.ini. You can do this in-game at the time of day needing adjusted so that you get it just right. You have time of day settings for sunrise, day sunset, night, interior day, and interior night.
  6. Getting close guys! (i think) SP sent me a new version. I put it through a few more tests and it would seem ( ...pun intended) that the textures aren't being applied correctly. What I did as paint past the seam on the hands texture for one wrist but not the other. This mainly fixed the issue. So the textures appear to not be mapped correctly for the new mesh in these areas. I suppose there is still the slight chance they are slightly disconnected, but I don't thing this is the case or that painted textured test wouldn't have worked.
  7. What nomad said about the werewolf. Shouldn't have any wobble or bob there either. Your brain would compensate. I haven't tried a horse yet. However with the walking wobble disabled (didn't know you could disable it) and rarely using a horse, this mod had little benefit or interest for me, besides the seating animation. So for me and my play-style, it has little use. That is why I said, I wouldn't miss this mod.
  8. It's probably handled differently with whatever you're using. We know the behavior of 7zip and that is what we call out. If you use a different program, you'll have to know how the archive should be set up for skyrim. We can't support instruction for every archive program and their behaviors. With that said, you are correct, the first folder in the archive should be the 'textures' folder.
  9. I find most if the wobble it creates to be distracting sometimes, mainly because of playing in first-person. When in first-person, you're seeing out of the character's eyes and that isn't how human vision works. Our brains compensate for the wobble in our walking so the we don't recognize it. Putting this wobble into a game that players game in first person doesn't make sense so it catches my eye and is distracting.
  10. Personally, after having a lot of playtime with this mod, I wouldn't miss it if it was gone.
  11. Moved to different forum.
  12. Yeah, DOF is the blurring. I use SMAA for AA with ENB AA turned on. Works very well.
  13. DY is correct. Captured with FRAPS and just did a quick re-encode using Movie Maker. 3.5GBs down to 150MBs. I have Premiere but it's a bit much just for a quick re-encode.
  14. Nah, that's the truth. 7zip or another archive tool is basically required for proper modding.
  15. I checked with several textures to make sure it wasn't a texture issue so it has to be something in the mesh. The light "pops" around the seams. Made you a video so you can see what I'm seeing: https://copy.com/DzXqiuy04nK2gtJ6 (try not to pay attention to the textures...movie maker's encoding sucks!) This happens with all textures I tried so it shouldn't be a texture issue. It is most visible around the wrists, but also appears around the neck and ankle seams. Just looks like they are disconnected by just a hair.
  16. I'll do the FemFeet bit; however, feedback first. I'm getting light popping through at some of the seams that is happening with all textures I tried (vanilla, XCE, and STEP Female Overhaul): Vanilla STEP Female Overhaul I'll have to re-work the texture blending.
  17. If you find them too heavy on performance try the Vividian Performance version. I've tested a lot of ENBs over the last few days and have found Vividian's performance version to keep me in the high 40s to mid 50s range where all the other would drop me into the low 40s like non-performance version. Whatever Mangaclub is doing, he's doing it right for that performance version. Most of the ENBs I tested were over saturated or had too much bloom. ENB authors seem to love bloom for some reason.
  18. STEP Guide is here: https://wiki.step-project.com/STEP:2.2.9.1 If you're referring to this Female Overhaul. It's not done yet and has never been released, just some alphas/betas for testing. This last time I worked on this was December of 2014 and that file is here: https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B1_Nlyy2ueu0N29SdkZpUTFwSlE/view?usp=sharing Yeah, I've been waiting around for mesh fixes for a long...long time. Haha! I need some coffee before I start any work on this stuff... . I'll check them out. Once I'm done, I'll upload the texture as a modders resource on the STEP Nexus page though it might get more visibility on it's own page. ...no, cooffffeeee!
  19. I think since the entire matter is happening on a personal site and not Nexus, they're being a bit more weary. When it comes down to it, Nexus has no say what he does on his personal site because the beta files aren't being offered at Nexus, currently. Only his released version is on Nexus. Call it a loop hole, but in all technicality, he wouldn't be breaking Nexus rules because it's not happening on Nexus. If it's happening and Nexus bans him, it's just them covering their own butts by cutting ties with him. I couldn't fault Nexus on that either.
  20. I don't know how to map normals to these bodies. I'd rather the edits and fixes work correctly with vanilla textures and normals to make it the most compatible as it can be with mods that replace the vanilla assets. STEP Female Overhaul already has permissions to use many of these mods that replace vanilla assets, but are set up for the vanilla meshes. Like the Battle Hardened Body mod mentioned above. STEP has permission to include those normals so they would need to work with the mesh edits and fixes being done. Hope that made sense.
  21. I couldn't do that. Looks to stretchy. Though something like that would be awesome for stimulators.
  22. Work... Real life...eh.
  23. I simply patched this on my own for my setup. You can offer it to the author of this mod as a patch of sorts...even though it's a replacer ESP.
  24. The resolution is insane. I've never heard of anyone playing this game like that. My recommendation you're not going to like. Drop one of the monitors and just play on two for Skyrim. That will likely fix the problem.
