  1. No problem, always happy to help :) Let us know if it worked.
  2. Fair enough, and I like your attitude and willingness to learn! Must say I also learned a lot from going through Skyrim Revisited install - to the point that I now maintain quite a complex build including my own custom compatibility patches, and so far it proved stable, save for a script overload problem I've had with the last build. But that was also a good lesson and for this new build I have now I removed many scripted mods (Enhanced Blood Textures, BFT, SkyTEST and a couple more) and with this new build I'm not seeing any problems. I'm only level 8 so far, but in total I've experienced 1 CTD and 2 freezes so far. My recent problem were Infinite Loading Screens, but that was due to the fact that I omitted a tweak in Skyrim.ini file, after I added it last night, the ILS also went away.
  3. Right, the INAM - Inventory Art record is erroneous. As Book Cover Hearthfire.esp is last in the load order, it wins all the conflicts (orange text). However there is a problem with that record in the ESP, as you can see ("Error: Could not be recognised"). This happened to me a few times recently, but only in my own patches when deep copying records between ESPs... I've never seen that in an original ESP from a mod. When you try to open that book in game, the engine goes to that entry in BCH.esp file and attempts to read which model to load up, but the entry is invalid, and it crashes. Just drag the INAM record from Book Covers Skyrim onto the erroneous one to overwrite it and that should fix it. When you will be closing T5E it will ask you if you want to save the amended ESP (and if you want to create a back up), select YES and voila, your problem should be solved.
  4. I am not a fan of constant updates, I usually refrain from updating, unless it's a major one. When one like that comes out, I then spend a day updating majority of other mods (I only leave the ones that received small, not significant updates. I check every single ESP for conflicts in T5E and create my own custom patches - this is due to the fact that I use circa 400 mods and want to ensure compatibility... It's became a hobby of mine in fact, I find it very relaxing for some reason... Sacrifice one day in a month or two months for a proper update is not so bad.
  5. Please post a screenshot instead - it will be easier for me to see :) I'm working late tonight and I'm still at the office , but I'll try to reply as quick as possible.
  6. Neither RLO nor ELFX are anywhere near full coverage, but ELFX is improving in that matter, whereas RLO stands still. Not sure on that, I did not really spot anything out of place when playing with ELFX, but saying that I'm only level 8 in this new playthrough.
  7. Wouldn't it be great though to play an evil character who lets other adventurers clear a dungeon, and then murder them just before they get to the whatever treasure the dungeon has to offer?Â
  8. I do like RLO, however it hasn't seen an update since March 2013. For various reasons. The mod's page also states the ETA on new version is unknown. Personally I switched to ELFX, which is still actively developed and updated quite frequently. In terms of quality, it's equally as good as RLO. Neither is a finished product though. Due to active development I would suggest ELFX rather than RLO.

  10. No no! That's the beauty of Mod Organizer - you don't have to reinstall everything, as every single mod you've already installed is in it's own separate folder, so not a single file was overwritten, as opposed to using other mod managers, that install everything directly into Skyrim\Data folder. The files are only VIRTUALLY overwritten, depending on their position in the list in left hand pane in Mod Organizer. Your left hand pane is your virtual Skyrim\Data folder, so to speak. Seriously, save yourself some time and don't reinstall :) It's perfectly safe! ::EDIT:: Another thing with MO is that you can have multiple profiles with different set of installed (active) mods and separate ini files.
  11. Could be. If you feel comfortable with TES5EDIT, another thing is to would be to load all your mods into T5E, find the entry for the book and check for any conflicts.
  12. On that note, Neo's SR is based on STEP, so a lot of mods overlap. The thing is they are sorted differently (Neo named his guide's sections differently to STEP). You can copy STEP profile in MO into a new one and manually shuffle the mods around to match Neo's SR, and then install the missing ones, as per Neo's guide, also making the necessary edits as you go. Just bear in mind that when you copy a profile, it will have all the ini files copied as well. See your Mod Organizer\Profiles folder.
  13. It's a good looking preset with really good performance, so there was no need to lure!
  14. You don't need ENB to use ENBoost. You do need the dll, but you don't have to use the graphical modification. This thread is more for graphical ENB enhancement. ENBoost has it's own thread in Mod Suggestions forum. Nevertheless, I use it and I'm happy. Even though I only have 2GB VRAM, and I technically shouldn't need ENBoost, I still find it beneficial - my game seems to run smoother with it enabled.
  15. Note I had freezes, not CTDs. I think I have a stable build now anyway. I use mixture of STEP, SR and my own selection of extra mods, plus some custom patches that I made. Using 1k exterior and 2k interior + character textures, I have a stable build of circa 400 mods. I cannot tell what it will be like as the game progresses, but testing results proved good, so in theory it should be ok for a long term playthrough Sent from my GT-I9100 using Tapatalk 4
  16. Right-click on the esp in the left pane. The way I do it is bulk - Ctrl+A to highlight all the mods, then right click and select Sort Masters. So what happens when you select that option? If it worked - the names of the ESPs that were modified should be in bold font and when you close the program, T5E should ask you if you want to save them - select YES.
  17. What happens when you select the option from the context menu?
  18. It's been answered many, many, MANY times. Use search function. Short version: T&B fixes some bugs even if you don't activate the more advanced functions via the mod MCM menu.
  19. I just upgraded to TT4 on my Samsung. It actually looks nice!
  20. It would be, however that will depend on your system. CPU speed, read/write times of your HDD... If you have Skyrim installed on an SSD you'll be fine :) I have a 1.5 TB HDD that spins at 7200 and I've never encountered any related problems. I use majority of AV texture packs, inlcuding Porscha's skeletons not available on Nexus (I don't use cute bunnies and a couple other ones). I deselected many though (pink mammoths etc.) prior to building the patch.
  21. It won't, as the textures won't be used all at the same time. I.e. if you choose to use 20 different textures for wolves, but only 5 wolves appear in the scene, up to 5 random textures out of the 20 would be loaded up into the memory.
  22. Recreate this scenario, but this time run the game via Skyrim Performance Monitor and see what is your VRAM and RAM usage, report back.
  23. Clearly something wrong went with the installation. Swap NMM for Mod Organizer and reinstall Skyrim + STEP. To comfort you - we've all been through this process due to one or another issue... ;)
  24. Get them all, you can always deselect the ones you don't like in the AV prior to running the patcher.
