I am in the process of reconsidering Convenient Horses - I suspect that it does present some scripting issues - Requiem does already address horses and with AFT I'm not sure CH is needed. That said to answer your questions in order.. 1. Requiem already changes and increases the damage from all Werewolves so Werewolf Mastery is not really needed - probably not completely compatible without a patch. 2. I have had no problems with the Aela Mod or any other specifically scripted follower mod but there may be issues with CH - see above. I will need to look into wether or not CH is really important given the existing functionality in Requiem and AFT. :)

OK I can now make Edits, I have changed the name to Pack: Weather. I'm in the process of adding the mods to the modlist - I have had some trouble in that it doesn't seem to like mods that are not already in the mod archive (which makes sense) so am in the process of adding these. :)

Requires the following mods to already be installed:- Project Reality - Climates Of Tamriel - Weather - Lighting SkyRim Nexus Lightning during Thunder Storms - SkyRim Nexus" EDIT: Added missing link: As pointed out by Elenear. -
SKYRIMLE Climates Of Tamriel - Weather Patch - Fog Rain Overcast
Smile44 posted a topic in Skyrim LE Mods
Added this in here to fit in with STEP mod structure - an excellent addition to CoT - don't install CoT without it (unless you really want to). LINK Ever thought all the love always went into the good weather types of Climates of Tamriel? Well, no more! This mod overhauls all "bad" weather types; Overcast, Rain and Foggy weathers in all weather systems. Details: -
Hi I can do no further work on this at present, either adding mods to the list or editing the packs as I do not have the needed permissions to do so. I thought about joining one of the groups e.g. Wiki Developer not sure if that applies precisely - perhaps a new category Pack Developer / Author? Either way I need to get the ability to change the title and to add a modlist. Currently the "Move" Option does not exist on any of my drop down menus and when I click on modlist I now get a form to fill in which is good but it quite clearly says that I do not have permission to edit this form. As for editing and adding mods, there are quite clear limits to what I am able to do within this form - should there perhaps be another category for non STEP mods? I will continue to work on this as soon as I have the correct permissions. All the best :) EDIT: What I can and will do I guess is to install new STEP CORE and Extended and test the weather pack and lighting with that and post screenies - something to do :)

DROPPED Enhanced Distant Terrain 2 - Trudgement Day (by SparrowPrince)
Smile44 replied to torminater's topic in Skyrim LE Mods
Fourthed. :) -
Agreed, definitely not CORE. I'm not entirely sure it is needed in other packs, of course if one was to build a pack that was all about the graphics at as high a resolution as the game engine can handle rather than game content then this mod may make a significant contribution to such a pack, I wouldn't consider anything like this for STEP though Extended or otherwise as I feel it is a specialist mod. :)

ACCEPTED Enhanced Distant Terrain (by SparrowPrince)

That's how I have it set up, so no argument from me. :) -
Sorry my bad, didn't mean to come off pushy, I know that it's not fully ready - yet. :)

Link goes to an invalid page with nothing on it? Need this stuff sorted in one way or another else building packs will be troublesome. Right now (not literally) I'm thinking of just redoing the page with the correct title.I have not tried to add a modlist yet, will have another go when I've had some sleep. Anyway will hopefully have a completed pack up and running some time tomorrow - GMT. :)
-
The option to select Move from page tools is not there for me - are different permissions needed? :)
-
No need to create another page, you can change the Pack's name by going to the Pack's page and using 'Page Tools' -> 'Move'. It's pretty self-explanatory, just enter a new name (Make sure you keep the "Pack" prefix!) and optional reason, un-check "Leave a redirect behind" and hit 'Move'. The Pack prefix is what makes the title start with "Pack:", so don't include that in the new name. I just moved your Pack into the Pack namespace, it can now be found at Pack:STEP Weather Pack (WIP). Side notes: perhaps we should make it a guideline that packs can't start with STEP unless they're "officially STEP related". snip....+1 agree.I agree too, I realised that it was the wrong way to go about naming packs, but after the fact, which is why I want to change it, Thanks for replies guys. :)

Splendid looking forward to being able to get things going, I've got lots of stuff lined up and keen to get it all out there, but there are only so many hours in the day and we can only do so much, so when you can is fine by me. :)

pack Weather and Lighting (by Smile44)
Smile44 replied to Smile44's topic in Step Skyrim LE Packs (retired)
I think it is better all round if I leave out Supreme and Volumetric as I can't see a lot of difference between the two with regards to seams etc.. I will happily defer to Aiyen in this and trust his judgement. By the way prod80 I really like what your mod does and cannot imagine having CoT installed without your patches - great job. :) -
Neon sounds great and perhaps you could add some music tags so when you look at the sign for Riverwood, you get happy music but for Solitude you get the "Empire" theme from Star Wars (though more appropriate for the Thalmor really) as Skyrims imperials are cuddly really. :)

Notice from Admin July 11th, 2017 The Pack structure was never finished on the wiki and will be discontinued with the release of STEP 3.0. Packs will be moving to Mod Picker at that time and the Pack structure on the wiki will be stripped away. It is currently unknown what will happen to the current pack pages. This information can not be known until develop starts in that area. Community member are, therefore, highly discouraged from using the Pack system on the wiki. The links on the wiki have been hidden, though the Pack form remains in place for current packs authors. For those of you wanting to build a guide that isn't an official Pack, please use your personal user space on the wiki. This user space is found at: wiki.step-project.com/User:Username For example: https://wiki.step-project.com/User:TechAngel85 Getting Started To begin creating a Pack and testing out the alpha implementation of the Pack-Guide-Creation-Engine (powered by Semantic Mediawiki), navigate to: LINK REMOVED by Admin Simply enter the name of your Pack (make it short and sweet for easier reference ... and please do not prefix with "STEP") and begin using the tool. Note that any mods to be included within any Pack must also be on the wiki. Many are already, but if not, please use the mod Form to create the mod page of interest: https://wiki.step-project.com/Form:Mod We aren't providing much instruction at this point, because we'd like people to mess around and learn how the wiki works in general. Post in this forum for help if you get stuck! OP: This doesn't seem to be working for me, I'm having the issue where the popup window is really small. Did that fix not get ported over from the Devwiki? I'm making my queries here in lieu of a specific thread section being formed to address "Pack" support as suggested by Z. !) I would like to change the Page title in line with the other Pack headings, more specifically from "STEP Weather Pack WIP" to Pack: Weather - this may not be final as there is a lighting element to this but there must be an easy way to edit that short of deleting the page and starting again. 2) I'm not sure how to add the mod lists. I can see the button but then nothing useful happens. This maybe because the facility to do this isn't active on these pages as yet but the tables do appear in the test pages for packs. Any help were would be splendid. :)

Ok I have had a go at setting up the page for this, not sure how to add a modlist, I can see the tab but is not intuitive as yet. It's a start at least. :) -
Moonpath to Elsweyr/interesting npcs
Smile44 replied to runsbuns's topic in Step Skyrim LE Packs (retired)
I have this installed in my Requiem profile though I have not been there yet - no patch and probably too easy form a combat standpoint - but that said I really want to go there and explore. That said for the moment at least I completely own the packs topics and only this post is mostly superfluous. Sad really! :) -

Hi Z, I have sent you a PM but my sent messages folder says that it and many other PMs are N/A Not Sent? Not sure what is going on there but if you have received it then please let me know so that I know the system is working. :) -
pack Weather and Lighting (by Smile44)
Smile44 replied to Smile44's topic in Step Skyrim LE Packs (retired)
I agree although there are several ways to go in this and none of the specific lighting packs ELFX, RLO etc are fully complete as yet, but I will add the ones I am using along with the ENB as a suggestion. for this pack but and perhaps alternative suggestions, I'll do one for ELFX and RLO but stick with the same ENB. :) Edit: OK I have updated the OP with lighting suggestions. I'm sure with a little input we could could put this pack (or version thereof) to bed quite easily but with a variety of different ENB / lighting variations to choose from. -
pack Weather and Lighting (by Smile44)
Smile44 replied to Smile44's topic in Step Skyrim LE Packs (retired)
Absolutely they work in MO fine as Real Rain is further down the load order so those textures work fine, but the ones included in the Weather Patches mod are similar - something to look at anyway. :) -

Smile44 replied to Smile44's topic in Step Skyrim LE Packs (retired)
The weather patch that does the fog is still in BETA and so the mod version I suggest is not that one, of course it may well mean that Supreme fog and morning fog would no longer be needed which is all to the good. :) Edit: It seems that Real Rain is not recommended with the Climates Of Tamriel - Weather Patch but it does do the rain better. When the mod comes out of BETA I will look at it again but for now I like what these give me. Edit 2: I'm going to have a look in game to see if I can get away without Manny's fog mods and real rain, if the effect is as good then I will change my suggestions. Edit 3: Changes made. -
THIS PACK IS NOW FULLY FUNCTIONAL BUT IN A BETA STAGE I SUPPOSE - IF YOU TRY IT OUT PLEASE LET ME KNOW SO THAT I CAN IRON OUT ANY KINKS - PARTICULARLY IN THE DESCRIPTIONS IT SHOULD ALL WORK FINE AND LOOK GREAT. - LINK IS BELOW. :) Hi I came across this collection of mods while putting my game together many of which I have only just started using. They seem to work really well together and make the weather look really spectacular in Skyrim - you actually want to get inside not just because Frostfall tells you to. Give them a whirl and see what you think. There are no special instructions for install other than the obvious and BOSS sorts the load order out. Climates Of Tamriel - 3.1 include Dawnguard and Dragonborn Patches (Falskaar patch if you have that). LINK Climates Of Tamriel - Weather Patch - Fog Rain Overcast - 2.72 include Supreme Storms Patch. LINK Climates Of Tamriel - Weather Patch - Snow - 2.1 LINK Use the main plugin unless you have HQ Snow Textures in which case use that one (recommended) Expanded Snow Systems - Climates of Tamriel Version - 3.15 LINK Lightning during Thunder Storms - 23.0 LINK Lightning during Thunder Storms - Climates of Tamriel - Patch - 3.1 LINK Morning Fogs V1.2 LINK Quality SnowFlakes HD V2 LINK Realistic Sun for Climates of Tamriel and Vanilla - 2.0 LINK Splash of Rain - 1.04 LINK Supreme Storms For CoT - 3.1 LINK :) EDIT 1: Removed Real Rain and Fog mods - as not needed with Climates Of Tamriel - Weather Patch - Fog Rain Overcast - my bad I though the mod was proposing to these things rather than actually doing them all that happened was that the removed mods were overwriting the other but weather seems to look just as good without and as always less is more. Thanks Aiyen for drawing my attention to this. EDIT 1a. Due to recent contribution from prod80 I have put Morning Fogs mod back as it is fully compatible and looks great. EDIT 2: Some lighting suggestions that go really well with this weather pack suggestion. EDIT 3: Added in Climates Of Tamriel - Weather Patch - Snow, I use this and it is worth having. EDIT 4: Added Unreal Cinema ENB as an option. EDIT 5: Updated instructions and added Realistic Nights to the list. EDIT 6: Replaced Morning Fogs with Morning Fogs Refined and added Dramatic Clouds as an option. Updated instructions in Weather Patch with respect to using Realistic Nights. :) WIKI LINK PLease give me some feedback on this so I can improve on it.

SKYRIMLE Oblivion Gates in Cities (by Arthmoor)

Arthmoor does suggest another mod called Oblivion Gates which adds them around Skyrim (not too many but some). :)
