Has anyone used the randomized start date? How did that work? Are there any internal references in the game to the date Alduin flattened Helgen? I guess AS-LAL already changes that for many of the start options though, right?

To be honest it wouldn't surprise me at all if a few of them took a few days or a week off to fiddle around with the game now that there are so many shiny new toys read; StableUgridsToLoad, Memory Patch, ENBoost, and such shinyness.isoku seems to be on a roll trying to use up all the new possibilities. It also seems that the new SKSE adds some features we'll see advanced mod authors trying to take advantage of.Â

Hopefully the "competition" will spur Perseid to add follower support to RND. (I really want followers to be more of a burden - at least demanding food if not payment or a share of the loot. I like the idea of the PC regulating the size of his entourage by financial/logistic considerations rather than just game mechanics or as sense of self limiting by the player trying to stop it from being too easy.) Liked the widget idea too. While I was excited about horses, when it looked closer I saw it was just a buff for feeding them but no debug if they weren't fed so won't really have much of an effect in game.

Seems interesting. Maybe as Gandanza says it would work better if your character was cultured, educated, upper class or at least trying to pass as such and not a low class hoodlum.

Excited about Vividian. Just saw isoku's iNeed. Seems very interesting. Should we switch to it or keep RND? Not an easy question to answer it seems...

Tough choice - RND is great but isoku is a master at immersion. I have so many RND patches and like what it does to food (no longer cheap healing potions) and I have so many patches for it, but needing to tend to my followers and horses needs has been a big desire of mine for quite a while. Choices, choices....

I feel the new description is much clearer about what this mod does (or at least it does to me). Basically it adds spells and items to the world that were left out but not quests, locations and NPCs. It now seems like a "lighter" version of Cutting Room Floor, and sounds like it will be a good choice for people for whom Cutting Room Floor doesn't work so well because they have modded the fame too much to have room for CRF.

MO thinks that all of the contents of your folder are being overwritten by other mods. Try refreshing, if that doesn't work put your optimized folder at the bottom of MO.

It's a one line change (without dependency) to merge into your compatibility patch too.

I use RRR and ETaC "no inns" version (plus ELFX patch, etc). Works well.

An MCM option would be nice. Since NPCs can't favorite and don't unequip shields (AFAIK) using it only for favorited items pretty much makes it a PC only option - no?

I think I would rather have DSR than this - though hopefully future version will cover these functions (like NPC's shields on their backs). Or maybe I can use DSR with thus if I disable the geared up functionality. I wonder if dropping the shield on back when sheathed and not having to apply that to NPCs is why he was able to do away with SkyProc/SUM.

The other problem is that, as I understand it, you do not get shields on your back unless they are unequipped. Merely sheathing them will not put them on your back. I assume this means NPCs will not have use shield on back either... Some serious trade offs IMO... Decisions decisions...

Memory problems. Not enough VRAM to load textures. (DDSOpt done? Too many 4k/ Sounds like your memory patch is not working or you lack enough memory to use it. At least that's my guess.
