  1. In the General Edit it says: "Open TES5Edit. Select all the Bethesda ESMs then click [OK]. Expand "Worldspace" under Dragonborn.esm and select the "0000003C" node. Right-click the column for Dragonborn.esm and select "Copy as override into...". Select "" and click [OK]. In the resulting text box type "General Patch"...." I selected the Skyrim ESM along with the DLC ESM and followed the instructions above, whereupon it says it needs to add Skyrim.esm as a master and asks if I wish to continue. I presume I am supposed to say yes here. Or was I never supposed to check the Skyrim ESM when launching TES5Edit? It does not ask a similar question about the "00000D74" process, perhaps because I have already accepted Skyrim ESM as a master. PS - if you find it tedious when I note or ask about things I find odd as I go through the process let me know.
  2. You wrote: "Select all the ESM files in the /Data folder except Skyrim.esm and move them to the /overwrite directory." These files were already in this folder.
  3. A couple of intro questions re. setting up MOD ORGANIZER in your Wiki page: You write "Check the box next to the DLC ESMs in the ESPs tab on the Mod Organizer main window." 1. Should the three HiRes Texture Pack ESPs also be checked? 2. Should all three or six of these also be checked in the BSA tab? Below that you say to copy the profile and then write "Notice:Mod Organizer has just created an exact copy of the "Vanilla Skyrim" profile into a new profile named "Skyrim Revisisted". However, the activation state of the esm/esps are not included in this copy." 3. They are all already checked when I did this (using 0.12.6 and checking those items I questioned in 1 and 2 above).
  4. What is the issue with Auto Saves and Fast Saves? Is it that the saves they create are corrupted or that the act of saving can cause a CTD?
  5. I'm curious to know why you have dropped some of the mods from your previous build. Have you just not gotten to them yet? No longer like what they do? Found better replacements? Think they have some stability or performance issues? Economics of Skyrim Victoria's Walk Duel Combat EFF (Extensible Follower Framework) BTW, I'm very encouraged to hear about the new shield/sheath mod. I liked the old one but it seemed a bit unstable as occasionally characters would stop using shields or would stop placing them on the back when sheathed. EIDT: I just saw the Mod Suggestions thread. This question might be more appropriate over there, if an Admin wants to move it...
  6. Very nice. I used your last version in the Fall when I started playing Skyrim. I found it a very good introduction for using the various mod management and tweaking tools. This new version looks even better; especially the very detailed documentation. I'm looking forward to using it. Thanks for all your hard work.
  7. Thanks. Is there a way to get Mod Organizer to have BOSS utilize an edited Userlist?
  8. 1. How do you get BUM to be able to save the Userlist when running as an executable? When I try to do this is generates the error "Unable to Backup User list... External Component has thrown an exception". I can see the Userlist if I display it - I just can't save it. 2. However, even if I manually edit the Userlist (at F:\Games\Steam\steamapps\common\skyrim\BOSS\Userlist.txt) BOSS does not recognize it when run as an executable - it says items listsed in there are unrecognized plugins. (BOSS does identify all of the pluggins I have - it just "unsorts" the unrecognized ones - I assume because it can't use the Userlist. Is the Userlist.txt file supposed to be stored somewhere else when BOSS is an executable inside of Mod Organizer? Both BUM and BOSS worked correctly with the same MODs when I installed them via Wrye Bash. Thanks for any help or insight.
  9. Does anyone who has used this mod have an opinion on its stability and compatibility with STEP? Â Are any versions particularly unstable?
