  1. Just a little note: Dawn of Whiterun got updated to 1.4 today, it's perfectly safe to update it.
  2. Yeah, it's called Perkus Maximus. Disclaimer: T3ndo's MS Paint art on that page might be too awesome for the untrained eye.
  3. That replacer was for the main version, but it turns out the lite version of that mod already removes the unwanted stuff, therefore there's no real need for the replacer :)
  4. Well that forwarding would be pointless, since my STEP Extended patch must load before the official STEP Extended/core patches, therefore anything I change about Sergius Turrianus will be overwritten :( I never promised that :oEven the patch for ELFX Exteriors says that it'll only be updated with whatever people report, because I'm a Relighting Skyrim user myself. D: Thank you for the compliments :D We're approaching a somewhat final release btw, not much left on the todo list. (Well, when I say final, it'll still have to be updated to include new great mods and update patches, that kind of thing)
  5. I have to admit that I never played Morrowind, and I didn't imagine that it would actually have different book covers when Skyrim has generic ones, so I didn't know you were basing the sermons of Vivec on the original ones... Oh and concerning the treasure hunt, that's great, but please don't make the maps as silly as those by Bethesda... You know what I mean
  6. Yes you do, I was lost when I first joined as well since I didn't have the option :P
  7. I'm sure the draugr will love to have some books to pass the time in there :P A suggestion would be to put the # of each sermon on the front of the cover as well, to make them look different in the inventory view (unless there's already a number but hidden by "Alchemical Recipes".
  8. I suppose it should, since there's a risk of her dying if the player hits her. The question is: Is it worth it to add that to the STEP patch and effectively make that mod mandatory for STEP users... :/ If she didn't have a cleanup script at all, an official patch would be required, but here... D:
  9. Discussion thread: Gemling Queen Jewelry by Saerileth Wiki Link Freshly released, another mod to compare to the current circlets in STEP. (Sorry, roots.) It's compatible with Better Circlets and AEterna's circlets too, so that's even more compares needed :P
  10. I guess that solves the STEP circlets mod question then :P
  11. Well, sadly, people hardly ever read the instructions/FAQ sections. I also have my theory that the more you make something obvious, the less people are likely to actually read it. D: Maybe if you put it as a fine print at the end of the description, more people will actually read it?
  12. Why not simply use the link in Page Tools ==> History? It then would have taken you to the correct url, which is: https://wiki.step-project.com/index.php?title=User:Neovalen/Skyrim_Revisited_-_Legendary_Edition&action=history
  13. Yep, fixed indeed. I see that you've done it the old fashioned way too
  14. Alright then, I'll start setting up a local install in the next days (getting PHP 5.5 to work on WAMP is gonna be fun ) and I'll keep you informed via PM after that.
  15. I'm by no means an advanced STEP user (haven't even dabbled with wikis prior to this one), but if you get me a list of pre-requisites to get a virtual server running and a snapshot of the wiki, I could have a try at it A VM sounds overkill for just learning though, wouldn't something similar to LAMP or XAMPP be enough for that?
  16. Thanks :) My suggestion would be to actually use a new class for the pack titles to keep the same style for them, without using a tag.
  17. That is exactly why I didn't think of messing around with it, and posted this as a suggestion instead. :) Hopefully it'll be taken into account when packs become official with 2.3.0.
  18. I added an automatically generated table of contents to a pack, but since the title of the pack at the top of the page is itself a h2 element, it's getting included in the table of contents. And since that's part of a template, it can't be edited. Any way to stop it from being added to the TOC? A page header has no business being there :(
  19. I do like me a good peasant surprise ::P:Welcome to the STEP forums, Mena. I hope you'll enjoy your stay :) Good point, I'll add a note about that.As to why it's happening, it's because the BOSS masterlists had been frozen, but now that BOSS 2.2 has been released, you should be able to contact the team here to let them know if a plugin has been cleaned. Which reminds me I should probably ask about how to properly submit the REGS plugins to the masterlist...
  20. As for right now, all packs use the PackTable Template, which to be honest limits the quantity of information you can put in the guide (such as required DLC, recommended version, etc...) Would it be possible to give pack authors the choice between that template, and one that would be similar to the STEPTable template used in the STEP guide (perhaps with the quality options column removed, since that part does not really apply to packs other than STEP after all) Or at least, some explanation on how the STEP Table template works so I can attempt to replicate it D:
  21. I beg to differ, the merged patch is very useful for quickly patching BYOD with appearance/behavior changing mods as well the container and faction groups. I also use it to check that the bashed patch didn't mess up with regards to certain leveled lists when using weapon mods.
  22. You should probably remove FLST from the list too, then.
  23. Thanks MonoAccipiter, what you said is pretty accurate in all cases :DI'd like to expand on 3 points however: I had to quote the second link to get the real image url, it would appear you put the real link as text and the broken puush link as actual url.Anyway, in both of these cases, the conflicting record is the EDID (Editor ID). That value is just used by the CK, to give a name to cell in the editor (otherwise a lot of cells are just called wilderness in the CK and it would takes ages to find which cells you're working on), basically, it doesn't matter for the game. In Morthal, the conflicting houses were moved around and 2 interiors got changed, but the player home, the bathhouse and a random house were removed. In Falkreath, there was too much lore unfriendliness everywhere, what with the dwemer houses, the modern furniture (with counters + sinks), the solitude houses, the conflicts with BYOD's graveyard/hall of the dead... so the whole city got reverted to vanilla (although you can still install the modular ETaC - Falkreath if you want it back)And in Dawnstar, it was also reverted because it made no sense to have non snowy houses in the most snowy area of Skyrim, and only some modifications to the dock were made/kept. No reason why it should, in fact, Mena herself tested TC with her mod and reported no issues. Besides, the roads are not modified by Inns & Taverns. Yes it is safe, as long as you don't run mods that change navmeshes around raven rock. I'll contact the author and make a fixed version one of these days... You apply another texture to them in the CK that does not allow grass placement. Which is already done in the replacer, thanks to Mono's reports :P
  24. If you don't change them, NPCs are just gonna bump into the clutter and stay stuck in perpetual motion there, trying to get through them (at least until the game gets bored and randomly teleports them away)
  25. Oh I was referring to navmesh incompatibility, seeing as how Dawn of Windhelm changes the navmesh of the areas of city near the bathhouses, that will result in NPCs being unable to enter the bathhouses if Dawn of Windhelm is loaded last. (And if it's loaded first, then the NPCs might get stuck, or have some weird behaviour of the sort), same goes for all other mods that change windhelm's navmesh (Pit Fighters, Skyrim Sewers, or Interesting NPCs for instance) Dawn of Whiterun does not have navmesh conflicts, but it does add clutter and a merchant near the bathhouse, which means clipping. ETaC is pretty self explanatory since that mod changes entire villages. And perseid's inns change the navmesh of inns, including the winking skeever and the bee and barb, so there'll be issues with the doors to both of these bathhouses, meaning NPCs won't be able to use the doors as well.
