  1. Is bashed patch something I don't need to worry about when I use Mod Organizer? I keep reading this everywhere, but no explanation at all. Logic tells me it's something to do with the other mod manager.
  2. Yuril is pretty communicative, you're free to drop him a message.
  3. I actually installed the SMIM patch separately, but I can't see such files there either. I looked into each archive twice and just couldn't see the files at all. No idea what am possibly doing wrong :D
  4. Oh the damn forum doesn't show file names. Those are the textures. Left: HQ Snow Right: Quality Snow
  5. It's the grasssnow01.dds. As for the snow texture itself (snow01.dds), well, if anyone can make anything out of it, have a look. P.S. resized to 512, in case of Quality Snow I just downloaded the 4k version.
  6. I can't test anything until I get my goddamn graphic card :D I am looking at the texture files and they totally different (in terms of the textures, not file names) from HQ Snow. I can't comment on what exactly I see though, because I don't really understand how textures work. I really like the difference on snow on grass for example.
  7. Nexus link Let's discuss. I am surprised Yuril didn't hide his old snow mod, because this is clearly superior in every aspect. Also, anyone else thinks the snow in this mod is a bit too blue? It might be caused by ENB though - no idea how he made the screenshots.
  8. This deserves a thread of its own.
  9. The screenshots are not loading at all. I waited and waited. And all those files that are supposed to be hidden in the file tree are not there: -there are no barrel or furniture files under clutter (in fact there are no lone files whatsoever) - there is no barset folder - there are no dead* files in deadanimals folder - there is no furniture folder that's actually not true
  10. Eh, I feel like an idiot again. I've had it downloaded for some time and completely forgot there were different versions. Sigh.
  11. I might be nitpicking, but stating reasons in the wiki would be nice. Also I don't use SeriousHD... but I guess that's my problem.
  12. Why (or when) should I hide the files as per recommendation on the wiki?
  13. I've just noticed that wiki page is missing pictures and contains apparently outdated information, because I can't find any such files in the mod.
  14. I get it now. Thanks.
  15. Hm, I guess that would work. Is it possible to add an option to that window where I could manually type the id in? That would be very handy. I ran into similar problem when installing RaceMenu, only that time I was told the file was not found on Nexus, even though it clearly is there (and I didn't rename it). For some reason MO didn't see it (the list was huge though).
  16. I too have problems installing it. There is apparently an installer in the package, but instead I am presented with a window saying This report informs you about potential problems with your SkyUI installation. Fix these problems , then press 'Refresh' to confirm that they're gone. After all problems have been resolved, you can continue with the installation. ----------- Problem #1: ----------- The SKSE scripts are missing. Potential causes: * You didn't install the scripts with the rest of SKSE. Solution: 1. Re-install SKSE. Make sure you extract the 'Data/' folder from the downloaded archive to your Skyrim installation directory. And when I click install, I am just asked to unpack a .bsa and that's it. I feel like something is missing.
  17. I think I asked him as well and got similar answer :D We definitely have something to look forward to. edit: ROFLMAO, v2 has JUST been released. Ahahaha!!!
  18. Oh what the... damnit :(
  19. Another problem I can't think of a solution for. It won't let me manually change it, and both guesses are wrong. Is that something that would need change in the code, or what can I do about it?
  20. I'd say 1.2 being newer than 1.11 is mathematically correct :D What I have is a mod with version 1.2, and a patch (compatibility patch for different mod) v1.0, which was thus marked as old, which is mathematically correct, but also wrong, because it - I believe - has version of its own. Anyway, I clicked on that option and it disappeared from context menu, which confused the hell out of me and I started looking in the options to switch it back.
  21. Author says to add bEnableFileSelection=1 to skyrimprefs.ini under [launcher], but this information is missing in the STEP guide. Should it be added?
  22. I added it to my list and it says BOYD is missing as a master. I don't intend to use the latter because of incompatibility with Expanded towns, so I might as well ditch both.
  23. I clicked on something (I still can't believe I am typing this as an IT support guy) I wasn't sure what it does and now I can't find anything in the options to make it go back. Compatibility patch's version was showing as lower number than the main mod, and I clicked on something called "change versioning scheme", which didn't do anything. Now I have no idea what happened and what am I supposed to do. Help :D
  24. I am looking at 2.2.9 page and noticed Clothing and clutter fixes are almost at the top of its category. Kryptopyr says on Nexus "Load this mod AFTER Weapons & Armor Fixes, but BEFORE Complete Crafting Overhaul.", though.
  25. Any idea why Bring Out Your Dead is required for this mod?
