  1. Wow I was expecting a lot less visits, even in "a month" and even if it's not "unique" visits! I think the notifications (I mean the icon on the top right) on Nexus ceased to work for some time since SSE launch. To follow mod updates before I start my playthrought (yep i'm not enjoying the game for now ^^) I jsut go in the trackign center since it's sorted in updated time.
  2. Is it recommended to use this with the latest Vivid Weather + Vividian ENB or did Manga incorporated this changes since?
  3. I though it was a mistake because someone like me that see it written like this thinks there might be a problem with the sails (knowing how much you tested the mods long ago) even if (imo) that looks a lot better and realistic with them even when looking at the screenshot in the FOMOD! Idk if you keep checking for mod updates right now but in the last version of SMIM (2.01) Brumbek (the author) decided to merge all the plugins from his mod once you choose options in the FOMOD that requires one. I figured that is no problem with the current STEP patch (right?) since he did not do any changes to them before merging (I read the changelog). But you might want to change the instructions I believe at some point (no issues so don't put it at the top of your to-do list ^^) and Essarbee (I may have misspel his name), the one you told me his in charge of the STEP Compilation might want to modify the STEP patches if necessary. Also offtopic question: How many people look at the STEP guide these days (do you have any stats?), I am just curious. Have a nice day, whatever you are doing. (I'm not weird, I just want people to be ok!)
  4. Well that's sad... Don't force yourself, what you did already is awesome! If you can't keep the STEP domain up (if I had money to spare atm I would help. Also I would like to contribute to the guide but I just started modding Skyrim and I need to learn a lot) then just copy the last version somewhere and advise all the other guides authors to do the same. If there is no solution in the futur to keep this going I would not be mad at all. Even if this is the best guide/compilation out there for a well working and beautiful Skyrim (maybe I'll do SR:LE but its too much... I just want to play a better Skyrim right now, nothing crazy). For now all I can do is sending you some love from France, I think you need it after that reply. That's a weird reply from me but I clicked the button, too late!!!
  5. Maybe you should update the FOMOD instructions for the Windmills : DynDOLOD/SkyMills Compatibility > DynDOLOD/SkyMills Compatibility Sails From searching "sails" and reading in this topic I believe you forgot to change this since 2014.
  6. I can access it now... That was weird!
  7. I still can't access the Nexus website, I'll give news and then close the topic if it works for me...
  8. Ok, maybe they are having problem receiving some requests (from certain parts of the world?) or are blocking them deliberatly, wich I doubt. Also maybe a DNS problem. I failed to access nexusmods.com completely today. Someone just replied on r/nexusmods (I figured this Reddit wasn't really alive ^^). Thank you.
  9. I know that Nexus is having problems since the SSE launch but as of today, since afternoon (GMT+2) I can't even access the website at all. I only saw one guy talking about it on the r/nexusmods Reddit, none on the r/skyrimmods Reddit (people are even talking about mods there and posting links???), none on Twitter and none here so I am a bit worried (IP ban? but why? Yes I am starting to think about this, I am crazy ^^).
  10. This mod thread is missing the "ACCEPTED" tag. I know you might replace it with Immersive Horses.
  11. Yeah I am so wrong, I should have checked in the Data tab in MO first before posting this... A lot of those files (meshes and textures) are already from other mods (SMIM for example). But some are not in my Data tab at all like: highhrothgartowerfloor.nif or falmerbigfence01.nif; falmerbigfence02.nif; falmerfence01.nif; falmerfence02.nif; falmerfence03.nif. Thank you for your reply, I know the work you all did since those years (studying Skyrim modding and mods I should say ^^) and I did not really "checked" like I said. My bad forget my long post and enjoy your week.
  12. I'm coming back because since the last time I checked again what files where in the "The Ruffled Feather v4.3.1" mod and compared with the ones in the latest "STEP Compilation - High Res - 2292l" (once installed) and here is what I found: - "020 Argonian Access" files and the ESP are not in the Compilation - "030 Better Dynamic Snow - Required" files are not in the Compilation - "030 Better Dynamic Snow SMIM - Required" files are not in the Compilation - "031 Better Dynamic Snow 01 02 03 04" ESPs are not in the Compilation - "040 Decrease Those Plants" and "041 Decrease Those Plants - SFO" files are in the Compilation - "050 Lush Trees Vanilla" files are not in the Compilation - "060 Hairy Furry Pelts" files are not in the Compilation ("061 Hairy Furry Pelts Performance" not for high res I figured) - "080 Just-Ice" files are in the Compilation - "092 Moss Rocks - Legendary" files are in the Compilation - "100 Smoking Hot Load FX" file is not in the Compilation - "110 Suped-Up Stalhrim 2K" files are in the Compilation - "120 Sweetnuts" files are not in the Compilation - "140 Vibrant Auroras" files are not in the Compilation - "150 Red Mountain Particle Plume" files are not in the Compilation - "160 Rocks" files are not in the Compilation - "170 Fixacity - Whiterun" files are not in the Compilation - "180 Vanilla Females Booty Band-Aid" files are not in the Compilation I do not know if the files that are not in it are skipped on purpose (that was my first though ofc) and I know ESPs can be merged but I am still confused and wanted to bring that to you since you said that "The Rufled Feather" had been incorporated in the STEP Compilation. EDIT: Every Enhanced Distant Terrain files seems to be in here. (not 100% sure)
  13. Yeah they make sens, nothing crazy.
  14. I found your "MCM Recommendations" page and will have a look at it, that's very, very useful!
  15. After looking at the author recommended settings I figured they are making sense, to me at least so I'll use them.
  16. Do you recommend any settings for this mod or just the defaults ones ? There is author reccomended settings in optional files (but someone uploaded some screenshots with them so installing FISS is not needed...).
  17. Its funny for me to watch all that is going on arround SSE since I almost finished my original Skyrim "build" and I am about to start my playthrought for real after testing (just need to add Vivid Weather, I hope it will be ok, thanks again for the patch Angel and EVERYONE that worked and helped with STEP, including the mod authors ofc).
  18. Forget what I said above, it should work well with the last version of the mod since the autho kept a description of it under "*I see an optional file too. Should I get it?*" in the mod description page.
  19. This is some amazing advice right there. I would honestly have liked going back to Oblivion, but I just can't bear the thought of installing all those mods. Same, I know I will come back to Oblivion at some point. But I am about to start a Skyrim playthrought with STEP 2.10 (in dev') (+ Vivid Weather + Vividian ENB) so it might be in a long time... Wait, maybe I can play both at the same time if you do a guide, once its done. EDIT: Also now that I think a little bit more about it, I only played Oblivion on the 360 (and never finished it!), so if you make a guide I will FOR SURE follow it as soon as it is up!
  20. Is it ok to install the "Models with Speculars enabled" optional even if it has not been updated at the same time as the main? It only modifies the NIF files but I don't know if he modified them again in the v3 and thus make it obsolete.
  21. Have you ever though of including the textures from this mod into STEP or did you never came back to it since he updated it?
  22. @5poiler, Hello and thank you for making your animations (and the not really used vanilla ones, as I understand it) available to everyone! I already had your First Person Parrying mod. It's a good idea to put them together, people can remove the first person animations if they don't like them... You should make your v1.4 "Update Log" at the bottom of the mod page more clear about that, it should start with "Add first person parrying animation...". Have a great weekend. ::
  23. @Gamwich Hey, what's the difference between sorted and unsorted ? Joking here, I looked at the posts section
  24. I did not try "Dual Wield Blocking Animations" in the first place because I saw on the Nexus page that it was just using the torch animation (and when looking on the pictures it looks like a "hey, take this" animation...) while 5poiler, made one specifically for dual wielding and was looking very nice in the vids!
