Thiero Posted March 6, 2015 Posted March 6, 2015 I seem to be missing the Tutorial Killer - Project Nevada.esp and Tutorial Killer - Alternative Start.esp.
0 GrantSP Posted March 7, 2015 Posted March 7, 2015 That fomod script is in fact renaming "Tutorial Killer-Alternative Start.esp" to just "Tutorial Killer.esp". This is the code in the script: <files> <file source="Tutorial Killer - Alternative Start.esp" destination="Tutorial Killer.esp" priority="2"/> </files>Not the way I would have thought it should be done, but probably to provide support for mods that expect to see 'Tutorial Killer.esp'. Possibly a note in the guide mentioning that this is what happens or some other way of conveying that result.
0 DanielCoffey Posted March 6, 2015 Posted March 6, 2015 It was in the download I got. I suggest redownloading the mod and installing it again.
0 Thiero Posted March 6, 2015 Author Posted March 6, 2015 Re-downloaded, still nothing. The installer has some options grayed out.
0 Nozzer66 Posted March 6, 2015 Posted March 6, 2015 Try swapping the fomod installer options in MO plugins.
0 Thiero Posted March 6, 2015 Author Posted March 6, 2015 Try swapping the fomod installer options in MO plugins.Changing enabled to false adds the project nevada esp, but I'm still missing the alternative start esp.
0 Nozzer66 Posted March 6, 2015 Posted March 6, 2015 Are you using the alternative start compatible version?
0 Thiero Posted March 6, 2015 Author Posted March 6, 2015 Are you using the alternative start compatible version?I'm using the "Tutorial Killer - All-In-One FOMOD" main file, additionally, if I manually extract the archive, all esps seem to be present. Can I just re-archive just the esps and install with MO?

Can I just re-archive just the esps and install with MO?That should work or you could just copy the extracted ESPs and place them in the proper mod folder.
0 DanielCoffey Posted March 6, 2015 Posted March 6, 2015 Silly question but do you have PN and Alternate Start ticked in your ESP list and under their default names because the FOMOD installer will be querying it.
0 Thiero Posted March 6, 2015 Author Posted March 6, 2015 (edited) I just noticed that the file size for one of the esp is different, I think the FOMOD might be renaming "Tutorial Killer-Alternative Start.esp" to just "Tutorial Killer.esp"UPDATE: I also Noticed that "Tutorial Killer-Alternative Start.esp" has no ITM records that need to be cleaned, at least according to loot. I'm honestly not sure what I should do about this mod. Edited March 6, 2015 by Thiero
0 DanielCoffey Posted March 7, 2015 Posted March 7, 2015 I would download a fresh copy and unpack it manually (without the FOMOD) and check it. My MO installation of it worked as expected.
0 Thiero Posted March 7, 2015 Author Posted March 7, 2015 I would download a fresh copy and unpack it manually (without the FOMOD) and check it. My MO installation of it worked as expected.I unpacked the FOMOD ready archive and transferred the ESP to the tutorial killer folder. When I finished with the bashed patch and tested the game, it seemed to have worked. I am concerned however that I have not received the DLC quests, or the DLC equipment. I am going to go to the Mojave Drive-In and see if I can start the OWB quest there.
0 Nozzer66 Posted March 7, 2015 Posted March 7, 2015 That's the idea behind the delay DLC mod. You wont get the notifications till you are close to the area they start in.
