Following step guide for DDsopt FNV got to "https://wiki.step-project.com/Guide:DDSopt_%26_Texture_Overhauls/DDSoptINI", where I am told to " Copy and save as DDSopt.ini into the same location as DDSopt*.exe." stumped on how to do this correctly, highlighted all text in brown box and pasted to new text document and named it DDSopt.ini but I dont think that's right so after reading a post here I added text to the ini file that was already present in DDsopt folder but really don't know if that's the correct way ether. In the midst of re-installing mods for TTW using Mod Organizer, was under the assumption that I was installing DDsopt so that I would be able to use Optimizer Textures by Adpipino "https://www.nexusmods.com/newvegas/mods/46074/?" for Mod Organizer, I am coming to a realization that that is not the case and in fact that is what DDsopt is for. I am nearing completion of mod installation and I am painfully aware that I am going to need to use some sort of texture optimizer as my performance is noticeably reduced and I haven't even started installing any texture overhauls yet.
