LOOT not applying load order changes

I don't have the mod order locked or anything either. I tried using the standalone LOOT application as well and no dice.

Of course, no lock mod order or anything. I'm thinking /maybe/ Wrye Bash is somehow responsible for this but I doubt it, I uninstalled OBMM in my doubt too (I used it to install those pesky OMOD only archives).

Strange. This is indeed a bug. Just tested on my Oblivion version. Although using external LOOT worked for me, the sort button didn't save the changes. Make sure you click Apply when using external LOOT.
