I just got it, but it was a Steam key, so I doubt it is DRM free. I think you're mixing it up with the Little Big Adventure game you can get on GOG.com atm for free.

GOG says that it is free until 2pm GMT on Nov 14. Look at the entire front page, it's not at the top.

Monument Valley is finally out on Android and it's free. I found it on this reddit thread. Very nice little MC Escher inspired game.

Sim City 2000 Special Edition is currently free at Origin games. It doesn't say how long this game will be available free. In the US the store URL is here.
