Can you post your system specs and your mod list please including your INIs.

Even if the Memory Logs isn't yet working you obviously have some other issue that is giving you these CTDs.

Quite a list of mods you have installed. :O_o:

You mentioned earlier that you use MO but your Skyrim.INI doesn't look to have MO's archive invalidation active, rather it looks like you have an older method employed. Possibly you don't have all the BSAs checked? Missing BSAs would be an issue that could cause these CTDs.

At any rate with such an extensive list of mods, some of which I have no idea about, the easiest thing is to create a new profile and activate a small subset of them and test the stability of your setup. Upon each successful start add more mods in manageable groups until you find the likely culprit. Then double-check that each mod actually does meet the necessary requirements and that ALL its masters are active.

MO's archive invalidation? I dont understand, what should I do to my skyrim.ini then? All of my bsa are checked, I don't have any missing bsa's as far as i know. I also don't have any missing masters. I did the new profile thing and even without any mods active the game still crashes once both memory blocks reach 256mb.

All I want to do is have bigger memory blocks but as said before, editing the skse.ini hasn't done anything

Click the third icon that looks like an identity card or such (between the globe and cogs), and look at the Automatic Archive Invalidation. The guide states this should be unchecked for Skyrim and we are to back-date all the BSAs instead. See Step 5 in the Mod Organizer guide here:

https://wiki.step-project.com/Guide:Mod_Organizer#Initial_setup

EDIT: Click the Archives tab in the right pane and make sure "Have MO manage archives" is checked and all your BSAs are checked. I know you said you have all BSAs checked already, but it's usually a good idea to double check because Mod Organizer may mistakenly uncheck some when you switch profiles.

If a vanilla game is still crashing then this is indicative of something seriously awry with your game install. Your machine specs show your system is more than capable of running vanilla Skyrim with no issue but if you are still getting CTDs with no mods active then there is a problem. My understanding is that a vanilla game wouldn't get anywhere close to reaching the memory limit that this logging utility is designed to show.

I think it might be a good time to back out and start from the basics. Get the vanilla game stable without anything extra. Once this is stable, get ENBoost working and stable and then throw in SKSE and get it stable. When you add SKSE to the mix, use the Memory Blocks Log to verify the SKSE configuration is set and working correctly (e.g. you should see 512 256 in the first line of the log).

oh yeah it didnt inmeadiately crash to desktop. I knew that a vanilla skyrim takes a while to completely fill the memory blocks so what i did to make the process faster is i increased the ugridstoload to 10 and then once i was in game i turned noclip and godmode on, increased the speed of my character 4 times and just flied around until the game crashed. This was only to fill the memory blocks faster and lo and behold the crash occured around 256mb. that is precisely the problem: my memory blocks havent increased DESPITE having the skse.ini set like this

so i made sure the automatic archive invalidation check box was unchecked and it actually wasnt. Afterwards i backdated all bsa's like the guide said I also made made sure that i had mo manage all archives. however despite this when i went into skyrim the logs showed a maximum memory of 256mb again

Maybe it's in the wrong folder (it must be in skyrim\data\skse). Maybe it's a .ini.txt file instead of a .ini file. Maybe you need to have -forcesteamloader in the arguments for SKSE.
