High Hrothgar retexture, 2K textures. Personally I like them a lot better than what's in STEP now.

To save you guys time I've done a little comparison with current STEP textures - which come from SRO with an exception of the banner, which is Designs of the Nords - and here are the results. Bear in mind I've done them for my own benefit, on my current playthrough MO profile, which involves ELE, ELFX and Skylight ENB, so if this is to be considered for STEP, a proper compare session is required.

IF that's what SRO looks like under the same conditions then these textures for sure! I'd go so far as to say consider it for STEP. IT's much more impressive than SRO with the big stones, I've always felt HH should be more impressive looking. I mean they built a STONE temple, STONE at the top of the tallest mountain in Skyrim! So, even disregarding Paarthurnax they seem to have been trying to make a statement.

Going by the screens not in game: There are some things better, some things worse. Due to the drastic color change though it would likely be impossible to "mix and match".
