• This can be tested against Better Backgrounds.
• This mod is modular so it can be installed for a variety of setups.
• This mod is aimed more toward " vanilla correction" for the Starting Skills based on Background descriptions, dialogue options, and logical assumptions when those fail to be enough.

A Background overhaul that includes a reevaluation of the Starting Skills to align them better with provided references for each Background, added Buffs as incentives to keep players aligned with their chosen Background, and new 'specialty' Backgrounds that provide a "leg up" over their vanilla counterparts.
