A replacer for the Cazador poison sound effect that includes a bug fix making it less audible over distance.

I tested this today and it does make the sound effect less of an assault on the ear drums.

According to the patch notes the sound was fixed by the release of OWB. The readme on YUP also states the fix was part of the unofficial patch up to that point, then removed as redundant. So it could only serve as a sounbd replacer, I guess.
