Cyclic interaction error in LOOT

I'm getting this error:



Anyone know what could be causing it? I thought I followed the guide when installing Alternate Start, Better Quest Objectives, and Oakwood.

Ensure you have the latest versions from AFK mods site, and are using the most recent version of LOOT.

Okay, I made sure I had LOOT 0.18.3 from Github, Alternate Start 4.1.7, Even Better Quest Objectives' main file from Nexus, Oakwood 1.0.9, and Landscape Fixes For Grass Mods latest from Nexus with Patches for Arthmoor's Town add-ons merged. It's still happening.

I "removed user metadata" from Oakwood. Not sure how it got there. Now it works.
