After checking things out, I have installed this in 06 just after S-AME

Also install the optional S-AME patch

Ran/flew around all of Skyrim getting screens, and MM looks as good as ever, mountains have collision wherever I checked and double-sided works as expected. Mountains leave shadows.

It replaces 101 files from 8 different mods/patches and get's overwritten by 4 files from Vivid Landscapes.
