This one may be fine with a pure STEP guide, but it seems to have a lot of potential compatibility issues with weapon (and possibly skeleton) mods that may cause the game to crash. I think this is documented in the compatibility section of one of the articles on the mod page.

I did read that page, and it all seems very straightforward. Just something to keep in mind.
