frihyland Posted April 24, 2012 Posted April 24, 2012 Boris is doing a hardware test to aid development of the new ENB injector check out his site here if you want to help.Damn I'm at 6.5 fps time to retire my 8 year old slagheap, you can only upgrade so many times. [Moved to the Non-Step related forum, to avoid the possible misconception that this benchmark is directly relevant to STEP performance.]
z929669 Posted April 24, 2012 Posted April 24, 2012 Not seeing that user (there is a "Borisni" with zero posts). How to find the hardware analyses?
MontyMM Posted April 24, 2012 Posted April 24, 2012 It's here . Boris calls himself "ENBseries" on there. Tread carefully - he can be little... sensitive.
z929669 Posted April 24, 2012 Posted April 24, 2012 19.39 FPS Intel® Core i7- 2600 CPU @ 3.40GHz Dell OptiPlex 790 64-bit AMD Radeon HD 6450 (my work computer)

You must be using a core-2 duo or the like? Must have cost you a LOT back then! I always buy 6 mo--1 yr behind current market :P
Vond Posted April 24, 2012 Posted April 24, 2012 19.39 FPSIntel® Core i7- 2600 CPU @ 3.40GHz Dell OptiPlex 790 64-bitAMD Radeon HD 6450 (my work computer) Jealous :) I had 12,61 in that test Intel Core i5-760 @ 2.80Ghz, 4GB ram with GeForce GTX 560-Ti (1280mb)

stoppingby4now Posted April 24, 2012 Posted April 24, 2012 Ran the test, and ended up with 23.27FPS. i5 2500K @4.5GHz GTX580 slight OC
z929669 Posted April 24, 2012 Posted April 24, 2012 17.93 i5-760 OC @ 4.0GHz (20*200) 8Gb RAM @ 1600 2Xfire ATI 6850 (1Gb) OC ~10% (my home box) This is the Xfire bump!
stoppingby4now Posted April 24, 2012 Posted April 24, 2012 Once GTX580's come down in price, going to slap another in for SLI. Just hope I don't have to wait forever. :P
z929669 Posted April 25, 2012 Posted April 25, 2012 I think that will give you a 10-25% bump, depending. With your mobo, it should be closer to 25%
EisDrache Posted April 29, 2012 Posted April 29, 2012 I get 16.68 on my run with that test my specs are in my sig check below
Vond Posted April 30, 2012 Posted April 30, 2012 Tested on workcomputer which has better cpu than my homecomputer but much, much worse GPU. 13.99fps, so thats 1.3fps higher than my homecomputer. Annoying! :) i7-930 @2.80Ghz 6GB ram ATI 5770 gpu, 1gb ram
MontyMM Posted April 30, 2012 Posted April 30, 2012 Bear in mind that this benchmark was only intended to help ENB Boris to work out bottlenecks in ENB performance. It may not be very relevant to general Skyrim performance, or STEP.
