SKYRIMSE CTD during "The Silver Hand" while fighting "The Skinner"

My Skyrim Step build has been running fairly well after about 30 hours of gameplay. I did run into consecutive CTDs while fighting the main target in the quest "The Silver Hand" (ie. The Skinner). I did manage to finally get through it by defeating The Skinner without a CTD, after which everything was fine. I've attached the crash logs in the event that anyone wants to take a look at what was happening.

This is my first time submitting a crash report, so if I've left anything out, my apologies and please let me know so that I get it right next time around.
