I'm not so sure about the weathered look of the standing stones and the weathered look of the stone room around the claw door, but the rest of it looks good to me.

I'm the same. Those would be hidden, for sure.

Agreed. The weathered standing stones and the wall around the claw door are too much.

 

Only other thing I would add is it looks like the vanilla brick texture in Windhelm next to the wall of names may be superior to current STEP.

In this mod, under textures/clutter   and  dungeons is a Thumbs.db

Should this be deleted?

Yes, it's garbage that probably crept into the development directory when the author packaged the mod ...or your own system could have created it.
